Hotels in Chengdu East Railway Station/Tazishan Park, Chengdu

The location is good as it is close to chengdudong, but it is actually around 10 minutes walk and even further if you want to reach the metro, and it is quite confusing as there is another rayfont international hotel not to be confused with this rayfont apartment hotel, which might misled you. Room is pretty neat and comfortable and staff service is good, but we were given a room facing the train station and the sound proofing is very bad where the train announcement can be heard and it disrupt our sleep.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are very warm welcoming and helpful. Always smiling when talking with us. Location is good and the room is very clean. Will come again next time :)

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service was absolutely amazing! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, every staff member's warm smile and professional greeting made us feel incredibly valued. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The dining experience was equally outstanding; the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The attention to detail was evident throughout, truly living up to its five-star quality. Our stay was absolutely flawless. We will definitely choose this hotel again and wholeheartedly recommend it to all our friends!

Choosing a hotel can often feel like a blind lottery, but this time I was genuinely delighted! The room was designed to feel just like home, the bedding was wonderfully soft, and the bathroom's thoughtful wet-dry separation was a huge plus. The lady at the front desk even gave us great recommendations for delicious local eateries, and breakfast featured authentic local noodles. They also provided drying racks for laundry, which came in very handy. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Chengdu!

For the price you pay it’s absolutely worth the money, the rooms are clean and housekeeping comes and clean your room and change bed sheets every day, it’s close to many delicious street food and restaurants so I highly recommend anyone who is travelling on a budget to book here.

Honestly, this hotel is genuinely fantastic. I initially chose it simply because of its proximity to the high-speed train station, planning it as a convenient stopover for an early 6 AM departure. However, my actual experience here far exceeded all expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, and the facilities are excellent and very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable and plush bedding that makes for a very relaxing stay. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which was incredibly comfortable – a real highlight! 👍👍😊 The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi. There are plenty of dining options and a small convenience store right outside the hotel entrance, making everything extremely convenient. My only suggestion would be to consider changing the company that photographed your rooms. The pictures on your online listing absolutely do not do your rooms justice; in reality, they are far, far more appealing than what the photos depict!!! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! 😊☺️😊👍

The room was very clean and comfortable, the facilities were very good, the front desk service was very good and welcoming, the location was easy to find, right at the subway entrance, there were a lot of delicious restaurants downstairs, they were open in the early morning, and the takeaway was delivered by robots, which was very convenient! It was a super happy experience to come to Chengdu with friends to play and stay!

The stay was very good, with free welcome fruit in the room. The area was large, the bedding was very comfortable, and high-end hotels were equipped with King Koil and Carnation brands. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the food was fresh and delicious. I left behind a teacup that I had carried with me for many years in the hotel. Thanks to the two managers ZOE MAX for helping me find the teacup I brought with me, and the receptionist Aria was very friendly. I will book again next time and look forward to seeing you again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, bright, and most importantly is free from any smoke smell. The hotel rooms are located on the 29th floor, offering a beautiful view of the city. There are plenty of eateries just downstairs, so you’ll never go hungry. If you’d like to explore more food options, Chengdudong Railway Station is only a 10–15 minute walk away and has even more choices. Highly recommended! Although it’s actually a residential building, Hakoe occupies the entire floor and feels just like a proper hotel. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the lift , it’s still quite slow, but that’s a small issue compared to the overall great stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel with the best possible location for people traveling to or from East Railway Station. After busy day full of sightseeing in Chengdu, it was a pleasure to enjoy swimming in the pool and then the comfort of the room. When I come back to Chengdu again, I will definitely want to book a room here again.
