Firstly, the hotel far exceeded all our expectations. Its excellent location within a large mixed-use complex means dining, entertainment, and shopping are all incredibly convenient. The subway entrance is right downstairs, and it's only 3-4 stops away from many major attractions. The hotel's overall decor is very upscale and luxurious. Upon arrival, our children were immediately given gifts. The guest rooms are impeccably designed, with every detail thoughtfully executed. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea. Breakfast quality is superb, with exceptionally clean cutlery and a wide variety of delicious choices. When we checked out, each child received a complimentary panda plush toy. We were absolutely delighted with this hotel! A perfect 5/5 experience! The only minor detail to consider is that the hotel's decor is predominantly Southeast Asian in style, incorporating some Buddhist elements. It's worth being aware of this characteristic before booking.

The hotel service is very good! There are gifts when you check in and it's very warm when you leave! There is free coffee at the front desk! The breakfast is great! There are both Chinese and Western food! You can cook Dandan noodles, wontons and dumplings, which are very delicious. The hotel is very close to the Sichuan Museum and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. There is also a very bookish Huanhuaxi Park! It's a pity that the subway is being built in front of the door, which is a bit inconvenient! The room is reasonably furnished! The bedding is good and the mattress is comfortable. It is worth recommending

A triple room with a self-service washing machine and dryer was my top priority when booking. **Pros:** 1. The staff were very service-minded, relatively young, and enthusiastic. 2. The complimentary buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious. I was particularly impressed to see a hotel with two coffee machines, which was a great touch. 3. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. 4. Having a washing machine and dryer available was a lifesaver for our laundry needs. 5. The gym was well-equipped, featuring air conditioning, fresh towels, and complimentary bottled mineral water. **Cons:** 1. Some of the hotel's facilities felt a bit dated, but they were all perfectly functional. Whenever we reported an issue to the front desk, an engineer was dispatched promptly to resolve it, so our overall experience remained positive. 2. The washing machine and dryer are separate units, with typical cycles taking 25 and 45 minutes respectively. This means it can be inconvenient if you finish washing but then have to wait for a dryer to become available. It's not as advanced as some high-tech domestic chains that offer integrated washer-dryers and even allow guests to check their availability from their rooms. 3. The hotel is quite a distance from the subway station, and to make matters worse, the nearest subway entrance is currently under construction. **Summary:** Although the hotel is named 'Du Fu Thatched Cottage Branch,' it's actually over 5 kilometers away and requires a taxi to reach. However, if your itinerary is focused on the northwest part of the city, this hotel could be a suitable option, and getting a taxi from the entrance is very convenient.

Very good hotel, just because of the subway construction, there is a shelter. The staff who guide the parking lot are very responsible and guide in the rain. The room is large, well-equipped, a little old, but it does not affect the stay, and the cleaning is timely and serious. The hotel's breakfast is varied and nutritious, suitable for all kinds of people

I was very impressed with the room facilities during this stay. The King Koil mattress was incredibly comfortable, conforming perfectly to my body. I woke up with a relaxed back and hips, indicating excellent sleep quality. The Lefan hairdryer was very practical – powerful yet surprisingly quiet, drying my hair quickly without causing any disturbance. Controlling the room using Xiaodu was very convenient. A simple voice command was enough to turn lights on/off, adjust the AC, or open/close the curtains, and the system responded quickly. The front desk staff, Ms. Zeng, provided exceptional service. She proactively walked me through how to use all the room's features during check-in, and was always quick to respond when I needed assistance. Overall, I felt this stay offered excellent value for money. The facilities were new and practical, and the service was reliable.

This is an Accor brand hotel. The hotel's location is quite good; although not in the central business district, there's a shopping mall and a lively food street with numerous restaurants nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, making it quite convenient to get to Kuanzhai Alley. Downstairs, you'll also find various establishments like Starbucks, a FamilyMart convenience store, and Burger King. The hotel boasts a stylish and modern design. Our room was on a high floor, offering panoramic views of the surroundings. The in-room amenities are smart voice-controlled. However, there was no bathtub. There's a small gym on the 24th floor. The swimming pool on the 2nd floor, however, is not affiliated with the hotel, so guests cannot use it for free. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Service from all departments was also very warm and attentive. Overall, it offers good value for money.

A truly amazing stay! 💯 This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! I was blown away from the moment I walked in. The facilities were incredibly new. From the room furniture to the bathroom fixtures, there was no trace of age, and every detail was exquisitely crafted. The room was exceptionally clean. The bedding was fluffy and odorless, the desks and windowsills were spotless, and even the bathroom had no water stains in the corners. It felt incredibly safe. The decor is a modern, minimalist style with a stylish, light color palette and metallic accents. The soft furnishings are tastefully selected, and the photos were beyond stunning. It was a comfortable and stylish stay. What impressed me most was the excellent service. Huihui was efficient and welcoming during check-in, proactively providing information about nearby activities. As soon as I reported my needs to Huihui, the staff quickly addressed them, and they were warm and patient throughout the entire process. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city! ♥️

This was my daughter's favorite hotel of the entire trip. The reasons are simple: First, the room was incredibly spacious and featured a small loft on the second floor, which our daughter absolutely loved, feeling like it was her own secret hideout. Secondly, it was a 'smart' room, complete with a smart toilet, automatic curtains, and a smart TV. Third, the bathroom boasted a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. What's more, the shower and toilet were in separate, private areas, which was incredibly convenient for three people to get ready simultaneously without any inconvenience. Fourth, the service was exceptional. They offered complimentary afternoon tea, which was delicious, and even went above and beyond by helping us mail a package.

There is nothing to say about the facilities of the new hotel, but the management is really confusing. We booked a giant screen and a premium king bed. As a result, the front desk gave us a garden comfortable king bed room with a giant screen. Because the projection was different from the TV, we asked the front desk. Another person who asked the front desk told me that it was because of the wide-angle photo and that I checked in at 5 or 6 pm and they called me at 12:30 in the middle of the night to ask if I could still stay. What’s more, I checked out at 9 am the next morning. and handed the room card to the front desk. At 12.53 noon, he called me and said that we would check out at 2 o'clock. I really accepted it.
