This was my first business trip stay at this hotel, located right in the city center's first ring road. The room was clean and tidy, and I received a free upgrade along with a late check-out. They also provided complimentary welcome fruit, and the breakfast was delicious. The facilities were comprehensive, with a swimming pool and gym on the second basement level. The location is excellent, super close to both the scenic spots and the city center. Huaxi Hospital is right behind the hotel. I highly recommend staying here! It's great value for money.

The bus from Daocheng Yading to Chengdu took a full 16 hours, so it was super convenient to get to the hotel right after getting off. It's great value for money, and I even experienced an earthquake at night, haha, what a unique experience...

The lady at the front desk saw we had a baby and gave us panda toys and welcome fruit. What touched me most was breakfast; I was worried there wouldn't be anything for my child to eat, but the restaurant specially prepared a baby meal with milk, pastries, and fruit – all nutritious and soft. The adult breakfast was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options. Not having to rush with a child was truly a lifesaver! The hotel decor is a blend of Wabi-sabi and New Chinese style, with wood, bamboo weaving, and warm lighting creating a very tasteful ambiance. The room's color scheme was very comfortable, making every photo look good. There are coffee shops and restaurants all around, and taking a stroll with the little one in the evening was incredibly pleasant. Our family of three had a very enjoyable stay.

For our family trip to Chengdu, we chose the Ascott Riverside Garden Chengdu, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it for families and business travelers looking for an extended stay! The location is truly impeccable, right on the Jinjiang River along Renmin South Road. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huaxiba Metro Station, with direct access to Tianfu Square and Chunxi Road. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for getting around and enjoying local food. We stayed in a river view suite, which was spacious and airy. The floor-to-ceiling windows on a high floor offered direct views of the Jinjiang River, creating a fantastic ambiance at night. The room came with complete home amenities, including a separate kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and oven, as well as a washing machine and dryer. This meant we didn't have to accumulate laundry while traveling, making it perfect for longer stays. The apartment's facilities are extensive: a heated swimming pool, a professional gym with a sauna, and a children's play area that our child looked forward to visiting every day. We never had to worry about entertaining the kids. There's also billiards and a lounge area, providing relaxation for both adults and children. I especially want to commend Kelly at the front desk. Her service was gentle and thoughtful throughout. Check-in was efficient, and she was very responsive to any requests, always patient and meticulous. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily at a set time, keeping it tidy and odor-free, with excellent attention to detail. The breakfast selection was rich, with a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was great. There's a 24-hour front desk and free parking, making it suitable for both short and long stays. Compared to a standard hotel, this place perfectly balances comfort and convenience. We will definitely choose Ascott Riverside Garden Chengdu again on our next visit.

This hotel has a great design and is super convenient. You just exit Niujiaqiao Subway Station (Exit B), walk straight for about 10 meters, then turn right for 6 meters, and you're at the hotel entrance. The rooms are spacious, and what really stood out was their exceptional service—both the front desk staff and the cleaning team were incredibly service-minded. I stayed here for three consecutive days on this trip, and since I injured my leg and couldn't go out, I spent some time enjoying tea at the hotel. The quality of their complimentary tea was excellent too; a very fragrant green tea. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. This truly is a hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The environment is great, and the location is excellent, very close to Yulin Road. The hygiene is top-notch, no smoke smell at all, which is a huge plus! The decor is unique, creating a cozy atmosphere with all solid wood furniture. Breakfast is delicious with a rich variety of options. A big shout-out to the front desk staff, their service is professional and enthusiastic.

I brought my family to Chengdu for a short trip this time. The location is very convenient, just one subway stop away from Sichuan University. The Raffles City next to the hotel has a wide array of shopping and dining options. One of the most important things on this trip was cycling along the Chengdu Greenway, which is about 10km away – perfect for a warm-up. A pleasant surprise was that the hotel allows bikes in the room, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, the room had a washing machine and dryer, complete with detergent, so I could wash my cycling gear right after a ride. The bathtub in the room was also great for soothing post-cycling fatigue. All in all, it's a perfect hotel for cyclists.

The thick blackout curtains by the window completely blocked out light for naps and nighttime rest, making for a super quiet and comfortable sleeping environment. 2. The bathroom partition was excellent, with a well-designed dry-wet separation using a glass divider, keeping the floor dry and non-slippery. The vanity counter was large and featured a smart makeup mirror, making storage and washing up very convenient. The toilet and shower facilities were clean and odor-free. 3. The amenities were comprehensive, including a desk, TV, air conditioning, and a full-length mirror. The spacious desk was great for working or placing luggage, and there were plenty of hangers, which was very convenient for drying clothes. 4. Overall, the hygiene was impeccable; the walls, tiles, and bedding were clean and tidy. The room had good natural light, and the window offered an expansive view. It was a comfortable stay, offered great value for money, and is my top choice for accommodation when traveling!

The hotel experience exceeded my expectations overall! I had originally booked a deluxe king room, but the hotel kindly upgraded me to a business king room for free, and even included complimentary breakfast. The room was newly opened, so the facilities were very new. There was a small incident where my laundry was returned without being dry-cleaned. After informing the staff, they immediately retrieved it, cleaned and dried it. Afterwards, they even thoughtfully gave me a souvenir as an apology. The service response was prompt and the attitude sincere. I am extremely satisfied overall!

Staying at the Atour Hotel in Chengdu's Yulin Huaxi was an absolute dream location-wise! It's within walking distance to the Provincial Sports Centre, Wuhou Temple, and Jinli Street. Jiuyan Bridge and Raffles City are also nearby, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient and stress-free. The rooms are clean and bright, with good soundproofing – a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively recommending local eateries and attractions. The facilities are well-equipped, and the toiletries are high quality. Staying here truly saved time and hassle for my trip, offering excellent value for money. Definitely worth considering for your Chengdu travels.
