Hotels in Yulin Life Plaza and Tongzilin commercial area, Chengdu

There are many restaurants nearby, and the subway station is right across from the hotel, making it very convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing was terrible! The noise from people walking in the hallway and doors opening and closing were no big deal, but the sound of someone dragging a bench upstairs in the middle of the night was like thunder exploding overhead! If it wasn't carpet, why didn't the bench legs have cushions?

We booked 5 days 4 nights here and love everything about the apartment- it truly feel like home when u stay here- the room is so clean- well decoration with high quality furniture! It not too far from chuanxi road and taikoo li, u can get taxi for about 15 rmb or take train which is 500 metters walking from the apartment. The front desk also very helpful i didnt know chinese but i use food order app eveeyday and they help me communicate with the shop or the shipper when needed. Highly recommend. Only negative point is staff cant speak mandarin but it is very common when u stay at hotel in china that staff cant speak mandarin ! But u can just use translate app it should be ok

Love the apartment very much. The room is very large, and the space feels much better than that of a hotel. It has a relatively new all-in-one micro-baking and steaming machine, pots, dishes, and spoons. It is also convenient to buy food nearby. The front desk staff Xiao Yu and Xiao Yang are enthusiastic and provide prompt customer service. There is free parking. Will come again!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. It offers free parking, and there's a Tuhu auto service store right downstairs, which was handy as I managed to get my car serviced when I drove over. The location isn't far from Yulin Road, which has plenty of good eateries. Breakfast is provided, though the selection is a bit limited. The room was well-equipped, and I liked the slippers, but I consistently felt the duvet was slightly damp. The decor is quite unique – it feels like a mix between a teahouse and a restaurant. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it's certainly interesting.

The hotel boasts an absolutely superb location, with a subway station literally right at its doorstep. For anyone dead-tired after a full day of exploring, walking straight from the subway into the hotel is pure bliss! The surrounding area is also packed with fantastic food options – you'll find everything imaginable, too much to try in one visit! Breakfast was delicious, featuring a great selection of fresh fruits; during my stay, they had grapes, plums, and peaches. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip! Oh, and there's a Luckin Coffee right next door, perfect for a quick caffeine boost whenever you need it!

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the subway exit, making travel very convenient. There's also an authentic food street just a 400-meter walk away. The rooms are well-appointed with a separate wet/dry bathroom, a mini-fridge, and a coffee machine. All the front desk staff were incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and attentive. We received a complimentary breakfast goodie bag. Due to the hot weather, we asked for water several times, and they quickly brought it to us every time. This was a truly worthwhile stay.

Well~ The front desk lady who checked me in was very good. She asked me if I wanted breakfast even though I didn't order it. Although it's non-smoking, a normal hotel should have matches. I actually had to light a lighter for my birthday. The family room was fantastic – really spacious, so everyone had their own space without disturbing each other. It was particularly great that breakfast opened at 6:30 AM, which was ideal for our family using Chengdu as a base to explore nearby museums. A special mention goes to one of the male managers at the front desk, who generously gave our kids panda headbands and plush toys. They absolutely loved them!

Facilities: The pool area is incredibly spacious, and the restaurant offers a comprehensive selection of perfectly delicious food. Cleanliness: Every area was meticulously cleaned; even the glass on the spiral staircase was spotless. Ambiance: Enjoying breakfast in the tranquil and elegant restaurant was a truly comfortable experience. Service: Any issue was resolved with just a single phone call from my room. I'd like to give a special commendation to the PA and housekeeping team for their prompt responses and swift actions. Also, a big thank you to the bell staff for helping me with my belongings. Overall, when I travel, my top priorities are hygiene, safety, and privacy. This stay has completely transformed my view of your establishment from 'Kempinski is my preferred choice' to 'Kempinski is *the* only choice.' Not only were the staff exceptionally courteous to guests, but their engaging and friendly interactions with each other created a truly welcoming, 'home away from home' atmosphere throughout the hotel. This is, in my opinion, the true hallmark of outstanding hospitality!
