Chengdu Xindu District Hotels

This was my second stay here, and I've visited before. I came to Chengdu for a holiday and chose this place for a night specifically to visit the Panda Base. The location is really convenient; I didn't have to wake up super early to beat the queues. The hotel itself is very luxurious and grand, and the lobby is filled with pandas everywhere. There's also a grassy area and woods within the hotel grounds, which is lovely for a relaxing stroll after some rest. A special thanks to Alex, who proactively added us on WeChat and arranged our room preferences. He even ensured the room was aired out before we arrived, so there wasn't a hint of smoke or any other unpleasant smell. The attention to detail was excellent; all the toiletries were plentiful. If you're planning to see pandas, I'd highly recommend considering this place first.

The environment is great, the facilities are complete, and we even got a free room upgrade – this stay was fantastic! The hotel's environment is elegant and clean, and the facilities are very comprehensive, ranging from smart rooms to fitness and leisure areas. What's even more surprising is that the front desk proactively upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and bright, with an open view, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making us instantly relax. Whether it's for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to every traveler who values quality!

The best value hotel in Chengdu! It has a private courtyard, a huge parking lot, and even includes three meals a day! The food is also exceptionally delicious! This stay was fantastic, deserving a perfect score! The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for running errands or exploring the surrounding area, saving a lot of travel time. The biggest surprise was the included free meals—three meals a day in total. The food was delicious, and importantly, both the food and the dining environment were exceptionally clean and hygienic, giving me peace of mind while eating.

I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcome. The front desk lady had a sweet smile and even upgraded my room for free. The room itself was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfy, and the toiletries were exactly the scent I like. A special shout-out to the location – the subway entrance is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions and shopping areas. When I checked out, they thoughtfully gave me a bottle of water for my journey, and these little details really made a big difference. All in all, my stay was flawless. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city, and I've already recommended it to all my friends!

The location is fantastic! It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station. I originally thought the hotel would be small, but I was proven wrong – the sign is large and easy to spot. Besides a mall, there's also a lively street nearby. It's a convenient 20-minute walk to the Wuliangye Sports Center, which is great for catching a show. The hotel facilities and service are excellent. They even have robots that can deliver takeout to your room. What really impressed me was finding a phone charger! It reminded me of a trip to Hangzhou where I only brought a cable and no charging block, and the hotel didn't have USB charging ports – that was awkward! Supplying chargers is something more hotels should do, seriously, haha!

Overall the experience is great, as this is a repeated stay. Krystal, the butler, has been attentive, friendly and will to your every request to make your stay one of a kind experiences. During this time, as China is still currently in winter phase, they are still currently using central heater, thus it make it a bit hard for people who prefer cooler conditions, but do take not that it is not their problems, as the whole of China is doing this. They have been great enough to provide fans to cool down the room and even change a bigger room for me for better ventilation. The location may be a bit outskirts of ChengDu, but everything you would need is in reached as there is mall beside the hotel and another mall not far away. Thus, CYNN would be a recommended choice and my first choice when returning back.

The front desk staff Xiao Shi Xiao Qing provided very good service and was very patient. The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway. There is a commercial street next to it with many snacks. The hotel environment is good. The room is clean and sanitary. Recommended to stay. Thumbs up

I booked this Atour hotel for the Stellar City concert. It's pretty close to the venue, less than a twenty-minute walk. Plus, there are tons of great food options around the hotel, so dining in or ordering takeout is super convenient. The decor and soundproofing are both really good; I wasn't disturbed at all while sleeping at night. As an Ashin fan attending the concert, I have to specifically praise the service: it was absolutely phenomenal! The hotel even had a life-sized standee for fans to take photos with, and the front desk staff gave out little gifts. They even thought of providing fan support stickers. I was extremely satisfied with this stay!

The hotel's decor is unique and aesthetically pleasing, and the smart room features are very convenient to use. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, and the soundproofing in the room is excellent. It was completely silent throughout my stay, allowing for a truly restful experience. Overall, it was a very good stay.
