Nicely situated hotel with Taikoo Li within walking distance, with lots of foods and restaurants. Hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. As foreigners we do not have a local phone number which made us impossible to order car service when we needed it . Staff at reception was super helpful in this matter. Breakfast was delicious with a big variety of choices, would definitely return again!

The family room in level 4 wasn’t great and was loud at night. The bathroom wasn’t in its good condition when we checked in. However, after we expressed our concerns the staff were able to change our family room to two standard room ( one room with two single beds and one room with one double bed) and it was in level 12 where it was quite and with good river view. So our suggestion is don’t go with the family room in level 4. It is better to book two room in higher levels.

Nice cosy hotel by the riverside with plenty of food and fruits shops , massage and cafe in the immediate surroundings.

The hotel has a great location, the staff are very helpful. The breakfast selection is good both western and Chinese. Lots of food places and stores around , located on the riverside . Very lively at night, would stay again if in chengdu.

Location is good but the smoking smell is everywhere.

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff. Room is large, but why only have one bathroom for a room for 4?

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. As a foreigner, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Communication via WeChat was seamless, and the attentive and friendly staff made my week-long stay enjoyable. The clean and spacious room, coupled with a great location, exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely book here again, satisfied with both amenities and the diverse breakfast offerings.

Taxi drop off and pick up is 5 min walk away as entrance is on the river. Breakfast is packed and not that good but works if you are not demanding
