Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. However, the bathroom lacked basic toiletries like toothpaste, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was good!

We were catfished by an Airbnb and needed a last minute room for the night. The Gates hôtel was convenient, clean, and had an easy check in process. Glad they were able to accommodate.

I was there on Republic Day and all night people were screaming in the corridor, slamming the emergency door, and everything in my room was shaking, like an earthquake. This really spoiled the experience, but it's not the hotel's fault, I guess.
