Help of Miss Xiao Jiangand RR I was very happy to stay this hotel. Very kind. Location is center of chengdu. You rachet every where easily in chengdu city.

Unique experience and a must to visit if you are in Chengdu. Rate the performance 10/10 and the meal 9/10. Everything is great.

L and DD help me to check-in very friendly and nice people. The lobby hotel is in 9th floor. Easy to find out this hotel. Next to metro Tianfu Square. near to the city and shopping mall. We are feel very comfortable about this hotel! The room is very clean. Laundry room is for free,and staff are nice. They also gave me the souvenir. Cute!!!

The front desk staff xiaojiang RR and xiaodeng DD have a very very good service attitude and the hotel is location is also very conerient

Very nice and clean hotel, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, metro, and tourist attractions. Hotel rooms were fully equipped with amenities, and everything were functioning well, including hot water, and washing machine in the laundry room. Decent selection of breakfast items with both pastries and Chinese food, and the bonus provision of snacks during tea time, even after we checked out. Saw many foreigners staying here too. The only downsides were the traffic (on DiDi) and long wait for the elevators. Would gladly stay here again. Would like to thank the receptionists Xiao Luo and Xiao Jiang for making our stay a pleasurable one. Xiao Luo especially was super helpful, provided lots of good recommendations and also responded to our messages on WeChat swiftly.

Great hotel and a special thanks to 小铃铛 for greeting us and making out stay as comfortable as possible 😁 Right next to tianfu square with metro line 1 and 2, with only one stop(line 2) away from the IFS building (giant Panda rooftop) and the main shopping area Chunxi lu. Also within walking distance, about 10 min from the hotel. People square, also about 10 min walking distance or one stop with metro line 1. Free of charge for using the washing/dying machine. Great breakfast. Afternoon tea with snacks. Our room was cleaned every day or when we needed it.

Nn service is very good. The hotel location is just right across the road from Tianfu Square metro. The room is very clean and beautiful

Absolutely loved my stay at the Hazens Hotel! The staff DD小邓 were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in Qingyang District. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu

Great location and not too far from all the attractions. It is close to the metro and only takes less than 25 minutes to get to Chengdu East Station using line 2. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and clean. The laundry room was free to use, but the dryer takes a while to dry. They also provided some free afternoon tea and Chinese dessert in the dining hall. We received great service from Y and D, and we would choose this hotel again.
