I love this hotel! The room is spectacular, very clean, and has everything you need. The view outside is perfect, with lots of greenery, and it’s conveniently close to the park and a small fruit market that opens after 7 PM. Breakfast is excellent—I never got bored of it! The receptionists are kind and helpful, which made my stay even better. The only thing I wish is that there was a self-service laundry option.

The staff was great. The moment we arrived, she gave my faughter a sticker. It is a personalized service that is very thoughtful. I love the pools. It has different temperatures, the sauna was fabulous, there was a convenience store right below and there are so many things to do in Felton since there are shops inside. The food was great, and we really loved our stay!

Hotel location is about 1km from Nanxiong Da Dao station. Cleanliness and service was really good, they gave me an extra card such that both my friend and I had access cards. In addition, the rooms were really clean. There is a large range of food for breakfast that appeals to both Chinese and Western cuisine. I think the main downside is that many amenities require you to pay additional money (and it's not exactly cheap).

Everything was great, just the room was very hot at night and ac wasn’t working. Gave us a small fan and it was enough but AC should be working at all times in this type of hotels.

Wow, what a pleasant experience at staying at Felton hotel last week! People at the hotel are all warm and courteous and I want to mention in particular the staff at the front desk who are always ready to assist the customers to solve their problems. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is rich and plenty. I would certainly recommend with no reservation to anyone who happens to be in chengdu the Felton hotel. Keep it up Felton.
