This apartment sits at the most convinient location as it's surrounded by great food places and shopping streets. We found best falicuties in the house and had great stay over few days. Would stay here again if coming to Chengdu next time~

The apartment was very near the metro station and the busiest area in Chengdu. Very convenient to head to many different tourist spots and for taking buses.

Disadvantages: We live on the 13th floor, but the sound insulation is still poor, and the horns of vehicles downstairs can still be clearly heard. The actual condition of the room was significantly different from the photos on the platform. The equipment looked like it had been used for more than 5 years, but overall it was clean. The windows of the small room are not locked tightly, causing air leakage. Turning on the heater cannot prevent the cold air from coming in, so it is easy to catch a cold if you sleep in this room. The door is poorly designed and has no silent function. Even though we closed the door gently, it was old and needed a little force to close it. However, the other tenants slammed the doors very hard, and the sound of opening and closing the doors could be clearly heard in the apartment, and it was loud enough to be frightening. Then I don't know why none of them closed their own doors. I have seen them on the same floor for many days. They seemed to be three or five good friends but lived in different rooms. The doors were open and they talked loudly to each other across the air. They had very no manners! As for elevators, although there are three elevators, because the building has more than 40 floors and almost every floor is rented out to tourists, the flow of people is complex and the elevators are almost always in use. It takes a lot of time to wait for the elevator during peak hours. Summary: Excellent location, convenient shopping and travel, quick service response. However, the room facilities are old, the sound insulation is poor, and the details are not well maintained, which affects the stay experience. If you are sensitive to noise or are looking for high-quality accommodation, we recommend that you consider this carefully.

The location is excellent, upstairs in Jingronghui next to Taikoo Li. Just downstairs is Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, a few minutes away from the subway station. It is a one-bedroom apartment with complete facilities and is clean and tidy. There are 100-inch projectors, washing machines, smart toilets, refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, capsule coffee machines, tableware, etc. The bedding, bathroom, and toiletries are all very good. The hot water for bathing is comfortable. The room is centrally air-conditioned and very warm. Overall, the experience is very good. good.
