Regarding the air conditioning not cooling enough: We fully understand the frustration of poor cooling performance during the summer. This could be due to a device malfunction or a configuration issue. Our engineering team has conducted a comprehensive overhaul of the air conditioning in your room and will individually check all rooms' air conditioning systems to ensure proper cooling and provide a cool and comfortable environment for future guests. 2. Regarding the dirty bathrobe: We are shocked and deeply sorry to hear about the unsanitary issues you reported regarding the bathrobe. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of our highest standards for cleanliness and hygiene. We have had serious discussions with housekeeping management and are thoroughly reviewing relevant processes, strengthening staff cleaning standards for linens, and strengthening oversight of the quality of linen supply and washing. 3. Regarding the lack of 5G signal in the room: Thank you for pointing out the 5G coverage issue in the room. Signal coverage in some areas of the hotel may be affected by the building structure or the carrier's network. We have reported this issue to the relevant telecom operator and are seeking solutions to enhance the signal. We also offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (network name is optional). We recommend using it during your stay to ensure a smooth internet experience. If you experience any connectivity issues during your future stay, please contact the front desk and we will do our best to assist you (such as providing a signal booster). 4. Regarding the low water pressure in the sink: The low water pressure in the sink you experienced may be caused by a local blockage in the water system or a problem with the water pressure regulation. Our engineering staff has inspected the water system and faucets in the room in question, performing necessary cleaning and adjustments to ensure normal water pressure. We will also conduct random inspections of other rooms to prevent similar incidents.
