The counter staff are friendly and provide helpful guides. Gotten free room upgrade which came as a good surprise, the room is pretty spacious and there's quite a lot of free amenities and service (like a complementary laundry room to wash clothes, gym). The toilet however, is not so private, like the shower area has frosted glass on the side where from the bed area, you can see the silhouette of whoever bathing inside, so do book with care if you don't want to see your roommate naked silhouette hahahaa

the hotel provides free drop-offs throughout the city except for the airport. they also have free porridge between 10pm and 2am and some freebies in the lobby. the staff was extremely helpful and checked in with us on wechat often and whether we needed anything. the area has a lot of eateries even at 130am! we wanted to order food delivery but our china number can’t receive text so the staff helped us to order with their phone through *******! love this place! highly recommend to stay for longer if you want to do day trips to places like jiuzhaigou, siguniang, huanglong, etc!

The room was clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk, and our house keeper Xiao Yue, provided excellent service and assistance for all our needs. The breakfast is okay. It could be better with more variety. The carpet in corridor on the 5th floor needs to be replaced as it looks very old and worn out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

It was my first stay at the hotel and i was pleasantly surprised! Stayed here for 5 nights during a holiday with my family😊 The service was excellent — the staff were all super friendly and attentive. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The room was very huge too! We were also given fresh fruits upon arrival via the cute robot !! They are super responsive on the Wechat hotel service and is very quick in providing the help I need to navigate around or any booking for local attraction. Throughout the stay, we were also offered complimentary transport to nearby attractions, which was definitely a bonus !! Not forgetting how we are some eye care products during our stay too ! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Luomashi metro station (Exit F) and it is easy to travel around the city from this station to popular attractions since it’s connected to multiple routes. Very satisfied with the stay — will definitely stay at this hotel again if i ever come back to Chengdu for holiday again 😄

Conveniently located in the city center (within walking distance to Luomashi subway station), clean and huge hotel rooms and facilities (two large beds with spacious rooms), excellent services provided by friendly staff (even went above and beyond by purchasing extra multi-use adapter on the spot and arranging delivery to the room, as well as providing extra free amenities for ladies), free all-day laundry room, and good selection of tasty breakfast buffet. Super satisfied with overall great experience - will definitely stay again with family during next visit to Chengdu! 酒店位置方便，可以徒步到骡马市地铁站，周围不少餐厅商店；房间非常宽敞，整体装修及设施都很干净，感觉住在家一样；自助早餐营养丰富且美味；最值得一提的是：酒店前台及管家等工作人员都非常友好敬业，全程提供周到满意的服务，特别是专门为女士提供贴心的用品及礼物，还额外帮忙订购境外/内地均可使用的多功能电源转换头并送到房间。她们高质量的服务给我们一家留下了美好的印象，期待下次访问成都再次入住这家酒店。真心强烈推荐！

- helpful and friendly staff. Great service - considerate where they provide certain items (e.g. cotton swabs , plaster etc) at the front desk -room service is nice where they provide small gifts (e.g. steam mask) and provide a handwritten note - cute panda robot used to deliver the food delivery and taobao -nice amendities (slipper is good, and foot bath basin is provided) - slight complain would be the temperature of the shower was not be stable

This was my first stay at the hotel, and I was truly impressed. The service was excellent — the staff were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, tidy, and had no unpleasant odors, which made it very comfortable. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a birthday setup with decorations and a cake, which gave my friend a lovely surprise and made the moment warm and memorable. Whenever we had any questions or requests, the staff were always willing to help. During my second stay, they even provided eye care products and fresh fruit, which made me feel genuinely cared for. They also offered complimentary transport to nearby attractions, which was a great bonus. Overall, both stays were warm, thoughtful, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and personalized experience.

Spacious room with modern design. Free softdrink and tea everyday. Also they have robot to deliver our food order. Strategic location with only one station away from tianfu square where we can find foodcourts and 2 station away from cunxi road.

It was very nice. The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very comfortable and cozy. The place is strategic, it’s near the bus station and mrt station. Recommend everyone to stay here in Chengdu.
