Nice little property, beds were a bit hard and not much space in the room but was good for the price and worth the money. Shared bathroom is shared per floor and there was a little area outside with a mirror to get ready. Staff were nice and friendly, booked a tour for us and we got a free lift to the airport. There were also other options available like a free wash or a free trip to Pai. You can do your washing next door. The location is perfect, close to 7-11 and a short walk to restaurants. A small seating/smoking area outside. There is a limited time with the air con but there is a fan in the room. Curtains go all around the bed and it can get very hot.
