It was a fantastic hotel ! Great location right in the middle of Chunxi Road with restaurants and coffee and shopping . We got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite room without us even asking. And furthermore they gave us complimentary breakfast for two. When we checked out, they gave us a gift of panda soft toy and a panda tote bag. The front desk staff are friendly and warm. The hotel room is spacious, clean, strong pressure in the toilet and shower and so beautifully designed. You will love it! Only 1 feedback. We saw a food delivery man making his way to the 12th floor to deliver food, even though lift needs room pass to access. I think the security can be tightened for food delivery to be left at front desk and have the robot deliver for the customers.

This hotel deserves praise! Xiao Tang at the front desk has a good service attitude and gave a lot of local travel suggestions when checking in. The room is carefully decorated and warm and comfortable. There is a Polytechnic University around the hotel, and many snacks in the nearby shopping malls are very good. You can walk to Dongjiao Memory, where many young people let me better experience the local tourism culture. The hotel is connected to the subway downstairs, which is very convenient. I can take Line 7 directly to Chengdu East Station
