Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Chengdu

Pleasant stay with family. Book 4 rooms but 2 rooms at the other side and we no longer able to change in Trip.com anymore. Lily was able to help and provide professional assistance to sort this out for us so that our senior parents can stay at same floor with us. Big room and quite comfortable.

1) Location is good, next to hotel has some eateries, and one like grocery shop, got coffee and milk tea shop too. Easy to get Didi also. 2) Room is spacious and clean. I like their slippers! 3) Bfast is superb! So many varieties until don’t know what to start with. Both Chinese and western also available. 4) Like their laundry room has 3 washer and 3 dryers, with tv showing the availability of the machines.

This stay was beyond my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the bright and atmospheric decoration and warm and thoughtful service. The front desk staff patiently checked me in and kindly reminded me of the surrounding attractions and dining recommendations. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the smart devices are all available, the lights and air conditioning can be controlled through the TV, and the details are super user-friendly. The breakfast is rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly cooked noodles and baked desserts are especially delicious. The gym is fully equipped, and there is also a billiard room and gym. When checking out, the staff took the initiative to help with the luggage, and the whole experience was perfect! Highly recommended to friends who are traveling for business and vacation, I will choose here next time!

I only had one night. Facilities were good. There was even a night club and a bar in the hotel, although I didn't have time to use them. Good location with plenty of services around.

This time I chose the Hampton by Hilton Chengdu Xipu, and the experience was very good. The hotel is in a unique location, located in Xipu, the hub connecting Dujiangyan and Qingcheng Mountain with Chengdu. There is a large shopping mall nearby, and the hotel has an extra-large exclusive parking lot, which makes parking very convenient. The hotel has luxurious facilities, spacious and bright rooms, and is very exquisitely decorated. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and it makes people feel good from check-in to check-out. Next time I come to Chengdu for tourism, I will choose here again if I have the chance.

There was still some hesitation before checking in. On the way to the hotel, the hotel front desk called me to ask about my personal preferences and entourage. I prepared children's toiletries in advance and arranged my favorite room floor, and went to the hotel lobby. I was touched by the hotel's service and facilities at the first moment and took the initiative to help with my luggage. There were panda dolls and a library in the lobby. The hotel service staff were very enthusiastic, especially the waiter Qinqin and several waiters at the front desk last night. The hotel has a rich breakfast, plenty of free parking spaces, a laundry room and a fitness room. The hotel also gave us small gifts and sunscreen supplies before leaving, which was really thoughtful.

Incredible week long stay in Chengdu. Ms. Wu and her team were super helpful in helping us with our lost luggage by the airline and assisted us on getting around town. The breakfast staff were friendly and made us felt at home. Food was delicious and the location was convenient. Will definitely stay here in the future. 

The hotel is clean, the staff is warm, thoughtful and professional. Whether it is the front desk check-in or the restaurant service, you can feel the warmth of home. The black tea, green tea and coffee in the room are also delicious. There is also a map in the room to go to more convenient places. Breakfast is also very good! 👍

The environment is nice, transportation is convenient, the service is very good, there is a lucky draw when you check in, I won a giant panda doll, I was very happy, and they also helped to send back the things I left behind, I will come again next time!

Who in my family understands! The hotel I booked for this trip really surprised me! As soon as I entered the room, it was spacious and bright. It looked like it was quite flat. I didn't feel cramped at all and was very comfortable. There were also big windows with great lighting. When I opened the curtains, the sunlight instantly filled the whole room, and the scenery outside the window was also very pleasant. I opened the window at night and the breeze blew in gently. It was so comfortable. The check-in experience was great and the price-performance ratio was super high. I will stay here again next time I come here!
