A well-designed and spacious room, well-appointed, modern, great bed - special mention for the toilet, spacious and thoughtfully designed. The overall property is good and well maintained, breakfast spread is pretty good with good variety and quality of food. As chengde is not a big city, it was easy and cheap to get cabs to go everywhere.

The stay was ok. The pros were the very kind women at the front desk. The location is great. The shower was good with a lot of hot water. When I had a specific complaint about a room, I got another room instantly. There were several cons though. The whole hotel smelled of smoked and perfume that tried to cover the smoke smell. The cleaning standard does not live up to our standards. There were several hairs from the previous guests. The floor was dusty in corners and under the bed. The river couldn’t be seen well due to dirty windows. The bed was very hard. The breakfast is McDonalds, we were hoping to get traditional Chinese breakfast.

1. The room is spacious, and I especially like the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The green mountain scenery outside the window is pleasing to the eye. The night view is also very beautiful. 2. The service was very considerate. The front desk took the initiative to call us before we checked in and arranged an adjacent room for us and our parents near the elevator, which was very considerate. 3. Although breakfast is a buffet, the waiters are very diligent and take the initiative to help guests get food and tableware. They are not idle for a moment. Special thanks to the waiter Sun Lijing for taking very good care of my parents.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Summer Resort. There is a large shopping mall on the front street where you can buy things and eat. There is also a small night market at the door at night. The back street leads directly to the Summer Resort, which is within walking distance. There are also many small shops around, and there are rich dining options. The hotel is also very clean and sanitary, and the service is very good. I will come again if I have the chance~

Pros: - Helpful, responsive and friendly staff. - Delicious restaurant ! Love their food. - There are McD and BK nearby if you want to have fast food during the trip. Cons: - There was a gecko coming out from the tent in our parent child room. It went under the bed and we couldn't find it. The first night, I couldn't sleep because of afraid it would come to us. When we searched the gecko, we saw plastic and bottle under the bed. I guess they don't clean the room properly. Conclusion : Overall this hotel is good for us during our Chengde trip. We're happy.

I was very satisfied. I booked a family room with four beds. Two children stayed in one room, and my husband and I stayed in another room. There was a door between the two rooms. The hotel is very close to the Mountain Resort, and the view from the hotel room window is also very good. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but I was very satisfied with the family room I booked during the peak tourist season. When I left, I left a backpack in the room. The May Day family tour in Chengde, considering the location, room environment, surrounding facilities, price and other factors, finally booked Tianbao Holiday, stayed for three nights, very satisfied. The hotel is located in the city center, with complete surrounding facilities. Shopping malls, supermarkets, civic squares, night markets, restaurants, etc. are basically within a radius of one kilometer and can be reached on foot. It is not far from the Summer Resort, you can walk, ride a shared electric motorcycle, or take a taxi at the starting price. Parking at the hotel is also very convenient, with parking lots on the ground and underground. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is relatively new. The room we booked has a floor-to-ceiling window with a great view! The children like to take the hotel's sightseeing elevator the most. The staff is enthusiastic and Pingping is beyond professional and warm-hearted. There is free Tremella soup in the evening, and the children drink it every night. There is a shortage of water and laundry detergent, and the response is super fast. Overall, the hotel is still very good, and I will choose Tianbao Holiday next time I come to Chengde!

The hotel is in a great location. It is very convenient just opposite the Summer Resort. The parking lot is large, there are plenty of parking spaces, and parking is free. The security guards are very good and direct vehicles in an orderly manner. The service in the restaurant is very enthusiastic. They patiently introduce the local characteristics and travel guides. The dishes are also very good. I especially recommend the Sydney lamb chop pot, which is delicious, the fruits are fresh, and the stir-fried dishes are delicious. The room lady was also very attentive to see that we brought children and gave children slippers. [Strong] Recommended!

I planted this hotel, went out to Chengde to travel, chose this hotel, the service is very good, the room is clean and tidy. The whole house is very convenient for intelligence. After arriving at the store, the front desk will give a free upgrade to the room, which is praised 👍. The bed in the upgraded room is also bigger, and there is more than enough for a family of three. ✌ Breakfast is also very delicious, unfortunately forgot to take pictures 😔. Although I forgot that the price is a bit expensive, it is definitely worth the money, I really recommend it.

Grocery/departmental stores and various food choices within a stone's throw. Hotel staff is attentive and does great work ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will stay here again.
