The location was fantastic. Room was reasonably clean but small. Afternoon shift receptionist was not helpful and friendly, she was basically rude and sarcastic. Only recommended for location. I will not book here again due to bad service from receptionist on duty.

This hotel is quite convenient because this hotel is located on wuyi walking street where is night market on the front of the door of this hotel. You can enjoy you shopping with anytime that you want from your room, and it’s so easy to store your things from your shopping at your room. Moreover, the staffs are so nice because they help me to contact police for my loosing passport at police station. Finally , the police help me to find my passport that I forgot on taxi returns to me. This hotel is very nice, I suggested for everyone.

This hotel is out of the box. Suprise when look at the small receiption area. But when we are up to level 4, honestly we are suprise to saw the nice interior & very nice room, clean & room quite big. Good location, many restaurants & shop sorrounding. Shopping mall just only 200 meter. I will back here again

Superb room! Room is clean, with Dyson hairdryer & massage chair too! Service is great too. Location is right smack in the middle of shopping street. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is a bit hard to find, the sign is not obvious, I looked around two or three times before I found it, and the parking lot is also hard to find, because the main road outside the hotel is a one-way street, so the parking lot has to go through another parking lot to enter the hotel parking lot. In general, the room environment is very good, clean and tidy, convenient for travel, and the service attitude of the front desk lady is also very good, it is worth recommending!

The hot water is not hot, the hot water is not hot, the hot water is not hot, the key comments are said three times. The location is OK, but if you can accept a happy walk around Changsha, return to the hotel to take a hot bath and sleep well, but find that the hot water is not more than 25 degrees, that's fine. I returned to the hotel at 11 pm and found that the hot water was not hot. I immediately contacted the front desk. The front desk asked me to put more hot water. It was still not hot after 3 minutes. Based on the principle of not wasting water, I turned off the water and went to bed with fatigue and smelly sweat. I woke up at 7 o'clock in the morning and continued to put hot water. It was still not more than 25 degrees. I felt cold when washing my face. I contacted the front desk again. The front desk replied that the engineer could only come to repair it in the afternoon. It's over. In addition, if you insist on staying, don't book a city view room. It's noisy and makes you doubt your life.

Facilities: The projector in the room automatically shuts down after watching for about 20 minutes. I asked the front desk, and they said it was because the machine was small and needed to cool down. The front desk service attitude was very good, and they kept apologizing but couldn't solve it. My conclusion is that the projector can't be used. The rest of the facilities are all intelligent and very good. Sanitation: OK. Environment: Excellent geographical conditions, it is very convenient to go anywhere.

The location is convenient. It’s only a 4-minute walk from Exit 1 of Huangxing Square Station. Downstairs is Pozi Street Food Street, which is very close to Wuyi Square IFS. It’s quiet at night. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel front desk staff is friendly and courteous. The check-out time is 13:00, which gives me more time. The overall experience is good👍🏻

The room facilities are very high-end, with smart home systems, all very new, smart toilets, hair dryers, air purifiers, etc. The location is very convenient, diagonally opposite the Pozi Street Police Station, and you can go shopping when you walk out.

When I went to Changsha for the first time, I booked a hotel near Pozi Street. Because it was convenient, the Changsha Police Station was opposite. People lined up to take photos and check in until one o'clock in the night. There were many shops downstairs in the hotel, which was very convenient. You could go buy some at any time if you were hungry at night. For food, the hotel is nearby Taiping Old Street, Huangxing Square, Wuyi Square, etc. It is really convenient and will be my first choice next time I come to Changsha! 😄
