The 1020 phone number is out of order, and the front desk always seems like it can't hear it, so I might as well just go downstairs and take a few steps. The view from the 10th floor is very broad. The non-slip bathroom mat is very practical, but it is a bit slippery to wash bare feet without plastic slippers. It was very comfortable to take a hot bath and tuck in the quilt.
