Great stay. Very good room with good decor, very clean and properly hygiene maintained. Every single things was well organised. Good food yummy taste and great supporting staffs

Sector 43B is a good locatio - though it took over 30 mins from the railway station. Room interiors were good, clean and well maintained. There is central AC which we did not need. There was a blower heater which was also not used did to pleasant weather in Chandigarh. The hotel caters to marriage functions in the banquet hall. Breakfast had limited variety - however, the puri sabzi, Paratha and omelette were prepared very well.Sandwiches were fresh and tasty.

Breakfast was not upto the mark. Food services are poor.

Average stay. Very limited breakfast menu. Food quality average. Window glasses are frosted so no view of outside. Lot of noise coming from the corridor.

Hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Had a great stay. The rooms very very clean. The room service was very prompt to attend to all your needs.

I was there for a day. There are many things which will hold any customer to book it again 1. Food is superly overpriced 2. Room service didn't pick call easily 3. No greetins by any staff member. Their behaviour is very cold and arrogent 4. There are lot of noise, even at 4am i can hear screeching sound of furniture. They unnecessarily ring my door ball at early morning. Being a women solo traveler, its annyoing and scary 5. Room is ok. But nothing so gud abut it

Clean room. Hotel staff was active and very responsive. Served hot water early morning. Breakfast was on time and had good options

It was a great stay at park grand. I will suggest everyone to give them a chance for their hospitality.

The hotel is good in terms of location but it's not maintained well from inside in terms of cleaning n food. The staff has a laid back approach.

Did not have a good experience, my door was knocked three times in the middle of the night. Didn't feel as safe.

Pro- new hotel, good clean rooms, cooperative and trained staff cons- no wifi, restro food is good but not customizable i. E. You will always get portions for two even if staying alone. Though mentions executive room for single person, the receptionist rejected it out rightly. Summary- good stay for 2 ppl, overpriced for single person.

Far more better options in the same lane not bad though rooms pretty small old kinds. But it's ok
