My stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with modern amenities and thoughtful details. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The facilities, including the gym and spa, were well-maintained and relaxing. Room service could have been faster, but overall, it was a great experience.

Overall everything is good. From the outside the building looks old but inside is newly renovated . Simple modern chic design. The restaurant served dinner also and it was a decent meal. We order 1 rice for the 2 of us, ( we already eat in the afternoon so still full ) the aunty gives us extra 1 bowl extra as a good gesture. All the other table order hotpot. And it looks good. Bfast was good, not many variation but enough. The hotels provide free shuttle to jiuzhaigao in the morning. The arrangement is good we arrive 30’ before the gate open. The location is not

cleanliness is bad, they just refill the amenities without really cleaning the room. There was water left in the kettle from previous guest who stayed

The best hotel stay in our entire Sichuan family trip! Hotel seems to be newly renovated or refurbished, staff shows a lot of enthusiasm in welcoming us and checking us in with warmth (despite the cold weather). Entire hotel and our rooms were very clean, love the spaciousness, and amenities it had. The laundry room was a very nice touch, leaving us so impressed! Highly recommended to anyone who plans to stay in Jiuzhaiguo!

Hotel with A1 support in each room. A1 can help everything except open the door and shower for us🙈🙈🙈🤣🤣🤣. We use them to for alarm, turn on tv , switch on/off the light , turn on /off tv 🙈🙈🙈. Super clean hotel with free flow of orange at front desk 😊🤣High recommended for those wanted to visit jiuzhaiguo to stay at this hotel,

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. Pros: The smart AI technology integrated into the hotel operations was impressive and made my stay more convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was both delicious and varied, a great way to start the day. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle bus, which was very thoughtful given its location outside walking distance from major attractions. Cons: The only downside was the shower, which couldn’t provide adequate hot water. This was disappointing and slightly detracted from an otherwise great experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate modern technology and great service, though I hope they address the shower issue soon.
