I booked and paid for a hotel for 2 days from October 20-22. I arrived at 8:30 on October 21. My large 33m2 room was not ready. I was told to come at 12, I explain that the room should have been ready almost a day ago, because I paid for 2 days, and in fact I was supposed to live there for only 3 hours of the first day, that is, the room should have been ready 21 hours ago. But they insisted that I come at 12 o'clock, that they could not check me in. Okay, I came later - they started showing me a room, but not the category I paid for. Small and dirty. Both the sheets and the room itself. I came downstairs, said that it was not suitable, I wanted my own room. They offered me a room in a neighboring hotel - I went to look - there the room was even smaller than the one they offered me. The sheets were covered in blood and there were bedbugs. In the end, they never provided me with the room I paid for. I didn't want to live in a dirty room. I went to the Lakshmi Hotel, three minutes away. I tried to get my money back for my stay through customer service twice. The hotel manager assured me that they agreed to refund the money for the service that wasn't provided - "stay", but when I submitted my application, they rejected it twice. They're not being honest, they pretend I don't understand, acting like fools. Deception. Lies. The room is dirty. Nothing positive at all except that it's next to the station. I ask for a refund.

location is good, food amenities and service are also good

we were here for our exhibition at pragati maidan. + point hotel is very close to the railway station, available 24 hrs, Room size are good, - point bathroom exhaust not working, taking too much time for breakfast ready, complimentary hi-tea not provided and be ready to face new delhi railway station traffic

I didn't book this hotel again It was a very bad experience in this hotel I booked a room in this hotel with my family but their services are very terrible

Not better. staff behaviour need to upgrade. if booked they convince to earn extra money.customer care not good

For 2500 rupees including breakfast, the bedsheets were not fresh, no woolen blanket, no standard breakfast as in menucard but offered either bread omlette+tea or bread toast + tea.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Torn bedsheets and faulty tv, despite repeated requests no action was taken to rectify them. The so called executive room was not even 200sq mtrs

Food was good hotel staff was good but bed was not comfortable i was feeling the spring of the bed while sleeping

Best hotel with normal price. Rooms was cleaned and hygiene. Rooms size was good and the staff is supportive.

Beat location its on walking distance from new delhi railway station and new delhi metro. Rooms condition was good.

No heater on, service charge very expensive, No clean area. Towel not in rooom, no mre
