Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were the last building on Earth. The room smelled like mold and regret, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed since the Cold War, and the staff made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by breathing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid it like the plague — actually, the plague might be cleaner.

The desk is not staffed the whole time, so having a SIM to being able to call them would be helpful. Other than that- super friendly family run hotel in a great location.

The location was very good however the kettle lit was broken and bathroom shower was not working .When reported to the Management they said previous customer broke them! Additionally the elivator was not working properly.We wolked 6 floor steps on foot with luggeges...

It was a nice experience. Very clean and comfortable Hotel in the central of the city.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only minor nuisance was no breakfast, seeing as I’m travelling on a budget and this hotel was already outside of my budget; so to advertise breakfast and then not offer it is not acceptable.

Room itself and the staff were excellent. But the lack of communication was a major issue

This property was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The lovely Sandra at the front desk was very friendly and warm and gave me the tour of the room and also recommended some restaurants and tourist routes for me to take. The location is just west of the Macedonian Square, so that made seeing all the sights very convenient. The bed was large and comfortable, and the air-con was strong and made the heat of Skopje infinitely more bearable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained as well. Overall the service and the room were both excellent and I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Skopke!

The bed and blanket were clean and comfortable. The noise outside stopped at 11pm, so I was able to sleep well and the staff were all friendly.

From the first moment you feel at home. The service at reception is magnificent (especially from Stefan). The rooms are clean, the facilities are very comfortable and the location is unbeatable, just a few steps from Macedonia Square and many restaurants and cafes.
