I and my husband decided to have a short 1 day break away from the busy city life of Cebu and tried Palmbeach. We found it very old resort yet it offered playhouse for kids and game room for adult. There was a small pool jacuzzi-size with 2feet as its height to which not harder to watch kids went swimming. The beach flooring was slimy as there were alot of greens thus not too enticing to swim. We were set to stay at the 4th floor to which my husband commented like a hospital in the hallway 😅 There was a connecting door to another room were the guests were so loud and made us not safe. Going home, it was so hard to find taxi and you have to add P200 just to provide you one. The service was ok and it was a good stay overall.

It was hard to find, but it was on the 4th floor.
The room was very clean, and towels, toothbrushes, and water were provided, so it was very comfortable.
The air conditioner, fan, and outside noise were a bit annoying.

New place so everything works, it's clean, resteraunt is nothing special. No American breakfast. Very few selections for dinner. We found one dinner and it was done well. Overall we were satisfied. Just wish the restaurant had more options.

With honesty and honesty, it is a safe and clean hotel. All its employees are very nice. It is a quiet hotel with no disturbance. My respect to the occupants in the reception and the secret office, as well as the room cleaners, deserves more. I advise every visitor to Cebu to stay in this hotel. The hotel, thank you, my beloved ones

Stayed 2 nights. The hotel is similar to a European one, there is hot water in the shower, drinking water in coolers on the floors, excellent Wi-Fi, spacious room, beautiful building. Location in the center, 15 minutes walk to the Alayla shopping center. The room has a mini kitchen: stove, saucepan, multicooker, microwave, kettle, dishes and cutlery. No frying pan. Room 604. The sheets on both beds had stains that looked like fresh ones, the air conditioner remote control worked only on the second day after repeated requests. The TV remote control never came to life. Of course, like in other hotels in the Philippines where I lived, the room was not cleaned.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Not only was it very budget friendly, but it also exceeded my expectations in terms of hospitality. The staff are some of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met – always welcoming with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed.
If you’re looking for a place that’s affordable, comfortable, and run by genuinely caring people, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I would definitely stay here again!

Me and my fiance recently stayed at Capitol central hotel and was thoroughly impressed by how accommodating the entire team was. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with genuine warmth and made check-in quick and seamless.
What stood out most was their attentiveness to every request. Whether it was an early check-in or a request for cleaning the room, nothing felt like too much trouble. The staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, which made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The room itself was spotless, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Little touches like quality toiletries, and a perfectly made bed added to the sense of care and hospitality.
Location wise, Capitol Central Hotel is conveniently close to three sixty pharmacy , City hall, 10 mins away from Ayala Center cebu by car, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating experience. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.
It was very noisy because of the Chinese neighbors who were partying until 3am apparently. And in the morning, you could hear everything that was happening in the corridor, as a result we didn't get enough sleep, and sleepy we went to sleep in another hotel. The hotel is quite clean, but still, something was missing. The shower didn't work well, the gym is so small, I didn't swim in the pool. I didn't pay for breakfast, since Filipino cuisine is so-so. You can come to sleep if there are no better options))0 But it's better to pay extra money)) and stay somewhere else)
The Mist Mountain resort is a beautiful new hotel that is well integrated into the environment. It offers a superb view, a flowery and lush environment as well as appreciable amenities. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. I recommend this establishment.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, and overall, the location and price are acceptable. However, there’s an issue that has become increasingly frustrating, and I hope something can be done about it in the future.
During my first stay, I noticed the hotel advertised a mini refrigerator in the room, which was a nice feature. Unfortunately, I found there was no mini refrigerator in the room when I arrived. I didn't make a fuss about it, assuming it was an oversight or perhaps not included in the room type I had booked.
On my second visit, I specifically asked the front desk at check-in whether the room had a mini refrigerator, to which they assured me, ”Yes, sir,” it was equipped with one. I was pleased to hear this, expecting a positive change. When I entered my room, I found the mini refrigerator and noticed that it was running—at least the indicator light was on. I placed one of the complimentary water bottles inside, thinking I might want something cold later.
However, in the middle of the night, when I woke up, I checked the water to see if it had cooled down after several hours. To my disappointment, although the mini refrigerator was on and the indicator light was lit, I didn’t hear the usual compressor sound that signals it was actually cooling. I even checked the temperature settings, which were set to the maximum, confirming my suspicion that the refrigerator wasn’t functioning properly. It seemed to be there for show, rather than providing the service that was advertised.
When I checked out, I made sure to inform the front desk about my experience, both during this stay and the previous one. Moving forward, I’ll be more proactive in asking for assistance from the front desk if the mini refrigerator continues to be a problem. If this equipment isn’t functioning, it might be better not to advertise it as a feature at all, so guests aren’t misled into thinking they’re receiving something they’re not.

JJigs SevNearby key sights, good enough for short business trips as easily recognizable by public transport. Complete but facilities are a bit outdated. Easy to deal with front desk and reservations. Overall, great value for its price.
Ccris gesilvaI love the staff that is a big impact for me. I love the food which is a complimentary breakfast which was already serve and just waiting for you to go down. Had a good internet connection and a tv if you want to watch news update. To sum up! Its a good place to relax especially if you have kids wants to swim in the pool
