Hotel Review: A Disappointing Stay My stay at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating. The issues started right at check-in when they refused to allow early check-in, even though my room was ready. It wasn’t a matter of hours—just a few minutes—but they still wouldn’t budge. This lack of flexibility and customer service was a bad start. Once I got to the room, things only got worse: 1. Hygiene Issues: The bathroom was in poor condition, with a dirty towels. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. 2. Dirty Bed Sheets: The bedding was stained, making it clear that housekeeping standards were not being upheld. 3. Busted Lights: The light fixture above the mirror was broken, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. 4. Ceiling Light Fixture Issues: The overhead light was also missing its cover, and one of the light was also busted - adding to the overall lack of upkeep. 5. The Smelly and Dark Hallway which makes you think of all those creepy things in every hotels stories. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and their unwillingness to be even slightly accommodating at check-in, I can’t recommend this hotel. There are definitely better options available.

The Service was all good and the location, is near ayala malls.

We recently stayed at diamond suites and had an exceptional experience! The staff were friendly, rooms immaculate and amenities outstanding. Highly recommended!

The toilet at some point did not work. It’s also very old. We had to call the maintainance. Also, the light near bed did not work. The curtains are not blacked out. Although the staff is really excellent. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and accommodating. Located in easy walking distance to Ayala Mall. I felt like it was a very good value for the price.

We originally book one night because we already have planned to change hotel on the next day, however we decided to rebook another 2 nights because we feel comfortable here on our first night also the breakfast is also included. The room is old but it doesn't bother us since the room was big and clean. You don't need to call the reception for the housekeeping because they will clean your room even if you don't ask unlike other hotels we've been to. I also like the complimentary early check in and check out that the trip. com had given us so our stay became even more comfortable.

I found comfort in this hotel every time I visited Cebu, although the aircon is too loud, but then its cleanliness is at maximum, which is why I always choose this hotel.

I was there earlier than the check in time and the hotel is quiet, you can tell there are no guests but they said I can’t check in early because there’s no room available yet. The door signs for don’t disturb is busted so the cleaners knocked when I was still sleeping. The sink the toilet was leaking, its messy if you will use it.

Disappointing, Diamond Suites needs a refresh badly. The room across my room was open, with door lock destroyed, un repaired.
