One Central Hotel & Suites Reviews

The location of hotel is very convenient. Comfortable room, after our request, staff gave us 3rd bed and all accessories. Beds were soft and fresh and we had everything for hair, body and teeth hygiene. No cockroaches. Incide bathroom a little problem because if your take shower the floor will be wet, but after 2 hours all dry. Small fridge cooled good. The breakfast was really gorgeous, mix of European and Filipino food. Everything was tasty. Also included fruits and different drinks (besides alcohol). At 19th floor a small, not deep pool with fascinating view+gym. Worker gave us beach towels. In addition, we want more bigger water, because Cebu is very hot city. But at the end it was a good experience with hotels in Philippines. We are satisfied with our living here 🌹

When you're outside the building you would think that this hotel is in average range but when you enter the lobby which is on the 9th level, you will see that this hotel is quite amazing. It is fragrant, clean and cozy. It is inside the One Central Mall too beside the Elizabeth Mall, very convenient. The room that we book has stunning view of the CCLEX. The price is really affordable too. Will definitely come back again next time.

Bugs everywhere low hygiene quality , comping to staff can’t change room

Had a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was ok for the price I paid. The hotel was decent. It’s connected to a Mall, very convenient especially the ATM machine right next to the hotel entrance. Not bad at all. Special highlight to the Reservation Manager Ms Gracyl Ann whom have kindly gone out of her way to help me with my booking situations. She was very helpful and attentive. I truly appreciate it. Love the chandeliers at the Hotel Lobby too. A bit upset with the breakfast staff who were not so helpful with my breakfast orders. Made it so complicated, I was so annoyed. Also perhaps the TV channels in the room could have International/English channels too for us foreigners to enjoy during our stay here. Also provide extra phone/device chargers just in case there are guests who forgot to bring their charging cords like me 😅Overall it was a good stay. If I come back to Cebu, I don’t mind staying here again😊

Room lacked additional chairs which housekeeping didn't provide. A small additional table would have been great for eating.

Neat efficient friendly hotel located in well commercialized fairly busy area(see pic). Which means easy transportation & shopping centers

I’ve stayed here many times. I’m basically ambivalent about this hotel. Biggest complaint are the ridiculously slow elevators. It’s always the same. They move like they are in slow motion and the doors take forever to open, once the car lands on your floor. The price is fair for the quality of hotel, and they have gobs of hot water in the shower. I only stay here because it’s near the south bus terminal and near the Cebu Sports Complex where I do swim training in the 50 meter pool.

Way to parking is too steep. We were not also informed that the card keys will be deactivated 15mins before the check-out time. It was so inconvenient.

easy access to city bery nice location and good amneties

Location and amenities are goid. However, we were just a little disappointed that they charged us for blood stains in the bed that was already there when we arrived. Was too busy to take photos and complain so we just paid.
