Punta Bulata White Beach Resort & Spa Reviews

One of the best experiences by far. Great beach and location. Room booked is a bit dated but still lovely. Although there was not enough provision for outlets as the beds cover them, we were provided with extension cord upon request. The stream of water from the shower is okay but I prefer it to be stronger. The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast buffet is ample. I noticed that there was one instance when the restaurant gets some orders mixed up but they were addressed immediately. The staff are efficient, accommodating, and helpful. Overall, you get your money’s worth. Will definitely go back.

Very friendly staff. The area is beautiful. The room Is clean. Food has local taste even for some foreign dishes that they offer. Cozy place dor strolling but there are so many dogs and cats roaming the area. My name was also written wrong on the monitors and the card. Kudos for the effort though!

Very serene and relaxing place. Perfect for those in need of self meditation and revitalization.

The room is quiet okay for the price. The restaurant is TERRIBLE BAD. Service has no experience. The food is just tooo costly for what you expect and to know as a guest you dont have any other option for restaurant its the only one in the area. Eat it and pay for it even you are totally dissapointed. Its nice to see the place only ONCE and NOT anymore !!!!!

Its a place where you can unplugged, be unbothered, relax, bond with your family and focus on yourself. Wifi is strong and available but in limited spots only. Everything was excellent, from the time I booked, when we arrived, the staff, the room, the cleanliness, hospitality and food. The room is spacious and modern, although it can have more counter space, shelves and racks to hang our clothes. The staff is amazingly hospitable and they care for our needs. We never asked for them to set up our room because it was our birthday and yet they realized it and did it on thwir own and that was a 5 star surprise for us. The food selection is limited but that's ok because it was all heartwarming home cooked meals. Everything was fresh, proper portions and just right for its price. One improvement is that they can extend a pick up service free of charge for those commuting to the place, because there is a 3km road from the highway going to the resort. But aside from that everything is excellent. Our human battery was recharged.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful resort. A Lady managing one of the hotels at Kabankalan highly recommended us this resort and also when we asked the locals to recommend us a great place/resirt to go, Punta Bulata is what they recommended. This resort exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful and clean and so is the beach. The employees were wonderful, all of them, from the front desk, massage Ladies, the restaurant staff, house keeping, all the staff did their very best and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our room was clean and beautiful, the house keeping attended to our every need and/or request. All the staff is able to communicate in english. The restaurant food was delicious. We were especially impressed by Gigie, working as a waitress, her english is immaculate, she was very professional, polite, friendly and also very knowledgeable about the Island of Negros and Philippines in general. As for the beach, it is a beautiful white sand and very clean. The sea is shallow (good for kids and people who don’t know how to swim) and you can go for a long time and the water is still just above your knees. The resort also offers an hour daily of free kayak. Long story short, we had a wonderful time at Punta Bulata. Thank you all the staff for making those 3 days unforgettable. Oh, and the sunsets at the beach are spectacular.

Well the location was stunning! Beautiful beach and view. Very nice arcitecture for that resort. And assistance at the reception was very good. But we have to say, we wouldnt go again. Pools not cleand, Rooms are old and the floors making noise (not really good with kids though). We like to sit out side but there was no comfortable seats outside.. Ppl from service are super friendly and i guess they just dont know how to make it better, but you can wait ages to get a simple drink. Or they even forget your order. Maybe not enough service-personal? In the restraurant you wait up to 1.5h for a simple meal and its not even that delicious. Very sad to do a bad review, cause every single person is actually very friendly, and its really a diamond of a location, just change the cooker and try to get the service a bit more organized. Some renovations and you would be an amazing hotel.

Our first visit to Bacolod and Punta Bulata Resort did not disappoint. The resort offers a fantastic selection of food that is surprisingly affordable. The staff took great care of us, and the overall experience at the resort was simply awesome!

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay at PBR. The beach and views are beyond words. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the seafood was delicious. A highlight was the snorkelling around Danjugan and Turtle Islands. Our room had a view of the water and was very comfortable.

My husband and I have been to a lot of beach resorts in Negros and Punta Bulata is definitely our favorite beach, somewhere we love visiting frequently. They made our honeymoon memorable. They have spacious rooms, really comfortable bed, beautifully decorated stone and wooden buildings, their shore is idyllic, and their hospitable staff made us feel the fun beach community vibes. They even have outdoor cinema by the beach in the evenings complete with popcorn! Amenities and welcome treats are the best, only thing we can think of that could've added to our stay is Netflix for chilling in the room after a good swim or during the hottest hours of the day.

Resort is beautiful, the ambiance was relaxing. The bed and pillows would tempt you to just lay there all day watching tv. The staff are all amazing and very accomodating, the food the restaurant was delicious. The view was amazing and plenty of spot to relax , look at the ocean and listen to the waves.

The pools are big. Had lots of amenitoes. The location is tranquil and very relaxing.best with famly for bonding. Stay cation. The ambience is marvelous. Very peacefull during night. The bwverage ordering is very fast and courteous staf which is akways visible

Amazing resort and spa services. The staff were all friendly, helpful, kind and professional and always able to accommodate our request. Feel refreshed and relaxed. Recommend for family and friend holidays. This a piece of paradise that should be on your list
