overall okay..strategic location near places to eat..there is a car park..there is a lift..fast service..cleanliness is maintained..only the size of the room and the hotel corridor are a bit narrow..

The location is perfect, close to campus. Only the water heater is not working. The rest is okay.

The service is good and fast, the facilities are quite good for those who just want to sleep... The room is clean, the AC is cold, the mattress is soft so you can go around Jogja all day, and sleep soundly until morning...

Actually, for a budget hotel, this is very good. There is enough space even though it's not big, the mattress is comfortable, the bathroom is quite clean, the AC is cold but unfortunately the hot water doesn't always work but it doesn't matter because Jogja is hot. The location is very good, close to everywhere near places to eat, malls and the Jogja SCBD area. The price is cheap but you can also get breakfast, what can I say, it was so comfortable that I extended it for 1 day in the end. The officers were also quite fast, but unfortunately because it was smoking, the lobby area was a bit less friendly to cigarette smoke pollution. Just make sure the room is not used by smokers because it still smells of cigarettes and the sheets have lots of holes from smoking

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, in less than 5 minutes you can check in immediately
