Positive review: An okay hotel. Perfect for a short stay. Great location, Good initiative on the soap dispenser (see photo)  Negative review: Lacked an English speaker, had difficulty communicating. No telephone in the rooms so to request anything you have to come downstairs, no complimentary water which is not idle for a hotel.

I stayed at the this hotel for 2 weeks.it was very good for the money I paid. I had only three comments about the hotel. First, the rooms are tiny. I wished the rooms were little bigger. Second, the only essential item missing in the room is refrigerator. I believe that every hotel room needs one. Third, there was no hot water in the shower. the water was barely warm. Generally, the room is very good and I highly recommend it.

Nice location, near the old city and tram way. You can find money exchange stores nearby as well as a dry clean at the round about

Rooms very clean, better than I had imagined. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they even brought a hairdryer to our room. But Amenities are basically non-existent, so it is advisable to bring your own.

The hotel location is perfect and the customer service are cool. To improve: - More rooms cleaning - Use Air Fresheners(required because the room smells bad) - Add more choices to the breakfast - …

The location is great, i loved the fact that i could reach so many places within a short distance… The only let down is, I got to the hotel by 7am and had to wait at the lobby till Check-in time of 3pm. Most hotels wave this and allow you stay in an empty unused room or charge you a very minimal fee but it’s quite different here.

Good location near railway station and tramp station

This hotel was chosen for its proximity to our training venue and so it was perfect.

The place was not hidden, the cleaning of the room and the environment was bad. Bed linen not clean

This hotel suited my purpose perfectly. I needed a clean and well-appointed hotel to recover from a long flight from India. The location was very good, though I usually opt for a hotel with 'character' in the old medina. The staff members were really lovely and I only have good memories of my stay at Premiere Classe Hotel.
