All was good

Very good hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. High quality furniture. The food was very good, great breakfast!

Not value for price. SPA very crowded, food is terrible, bad costumer service...

For a 5-star hotel, I thought the facilities were those of a 4-star hotel. This hotel is in need of renovation, both in the rooms and in the Salinas restaurant, where breakfast is served. The floor of the room where I stayed has a very worn covering, and the sofa needs to be replaced. As for the breakfast room, practically all the chairs have their upholstery down. In my opinion, they should invest in renewing the infrastructure, because the Hotel has an excellent location.

I had to make a complaint about the condition of the shower and sink, in which the shower head had been changed but water was coming out of the sink tube due to lack of maintenance and damage to the tube. For the price you pay, the hotel should have better maintenance
