Helpful staff, clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was average.

Good location with free water cruise. friendly personnels.

The restaurant is the best part of the hotel. The food is amazing, friendly staff as well as amazing drink options.

This is an excellent place to stay, conveniently located in the vicinity of the beautiful waterfront. Facilities are awesome, staff friendly, good restaurant, though we got to eat dinner only once. But the free breakfast was well stocked, with the staff and chef reaching out to make your special requirements (the best omlette I have had in many years). Room wifi was good, rooms clean, spacy and comfortable. One critical note: The shower in the room that I stayed had a transparent partition, which may not be good for certain type of travellers - should at least be translucent.

Great and comfortable rooms. However, the food could be improved as well as the time of taking of orders. The staff was so lovely and very friendly so that’s a 10 out of 10! I would definitely come back but hoping for better service food wise.

The room was spacious, warm,clean all the time and very beautiful, actually everything was perfect. I'm happy I'm I'm happy and I'm very happy.staff was friendly good was very nice and service was excellent I had the best lifetime experience.

Customer service is clearly top of the agenda at this hotel. Reception staff were very helpful but the restaurant staff were exceptional. Thandi and Noma were very friendly and helpful and Sesethu was especially welcoming. All of them making breakfast each morning a joy. Especially on my birthday, when Sesethu organised a cake and celebration for me.

A nice mid range hotel. Clean. Affordable. Great breakfast. Good staff. Negatives: Located right opposite to the busy and noisy docklands. During our 3 night stay we had to access our D block room via the basement car park. It just felt a bit uncomfortable/unsafe. Reception apologised that one of the entrances was broken. Room service was a bit slow on the first night we arrived. Pool area very tired. Needs a refresh.

I had a great experience especially with the service I got from Mfanelo, he has a great customer service, very nice and welcoming. The food was great, compliment to the chefs.

My stay was truly enjoyable. The hotel had stunning views, friendly staff especially Temba with a great sense of humor, and a peaceful atmosphere that made my getaway feel special. Everything from check‑in to the amenities was smooth and welcoming. The only downside was the saggy mattress, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, it was an awesome experience, and I would happily return there again.

We visited the hotel for their dining experience got the best service at both time we went there. Great customer service and the place was nice and clean. The manager/Supervisor called Themba was very helpful, a waiter who first attended to us Sunday( Sisipho that's if I got his name right) he was great and beyond being friendly. The other weekend Saturday we where served by another waiter by the name George was also lovely and kept on checking on us even though it was buzzing busy. We really loved our visit and hope to see them soon
