Residence Inn Cancun Hotel Zone Reviews

Fantastic hotel Jorge and Cesar were the shining lights when we arrived and they remembered us through our stay. All members of staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and came with everything you needed, the pool was really relaxing and the breakfast was so tasty with different options every morning. If you are looking for your moneys worth then this is the hotel for you!

This is a hard one because the staff is good and most of them very helpful but the location is absolutely horrible. Although you can see the ocean from your room window, it is still probably a mile away and there is zero beach access from the hotel and nothing within walking distance. They have a shuttle that takes you to town a couple times a day, but it fills up quickly. It was nice to have free breakfast however, the options were not ideal. The food would go quickly, and it was not great quality. Juices offered were warm and no ice available. Pools were on the roof and freezing. Never any towels available. Room was spacious and clean. Felt safe. Hallways reek of perfume and gave me a headache. Staff did speak English at the front desk. 

Excellent value for price. Clean and decent. Huge room with kitchen and living room. Buffet breakfast. Plenty of choices with changes everyday. Spacious and relaxing environment. Highly recommend to others. Will visit again.

Good hotel to sleep at near the airport

Great place to stay with included breakfast. We were canceled from our hotel last minute, and this was a great deal and much better than the one we had booked. Really enjoyed the stay and the view from the balcony. Clean and comfortable.

Nice place to stay. Comfortable with an okay pool. Not the best option if you want to be right at the beach but not an issue if you have how to move around.

The room is large and there is no peculiar smell. It is very comfortable to stay in. The location of the hotel is also very good. It only takes about 10 minutes to drive to the beach. It is a very good experience

The neat business room has a kitchen with kitchenware, a balcony, a 90° rotatable TV, a separate dressing room, and two small swimming pools on both sides of the roof, which are relatively small compared to the dining bar.

New hotel, but no one came after calling for cleaning three times. The cleaning lady didn't speak English and couldn't communicate. The first room had a strong smell (damp and moldy)

Great breakfast. The room is large and spacious, and the balcony can see the sea. I understand a little bit about those who stay there for a month. Very nice hotel, located in the hotel zone. Calling an Uber is also convenient.

It's unreasonable. I only stayed for less than five hours. Xiecheng is a rip-off. Black diamond members don't solve customer problems and don't refund. Rubbish hotel and rubbish pingtai

The hotel is good overall. After all, the price is here. You need to take a taxi to go to popular places. The breakfast is actually average. The gym is good

There is a swamp forest outside the window and the blue sea in the distance. The swimming pool on the roof is very good.
