The hotel is fantastically designed. It is spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and polite making the stay very enjoyable. I booked this hotel on the understanding there was a swimming pool as it was advertised on Trip.com with a swimming pool in their details. However, when we arrived, we were told that it was not a swimming pool that was in use. With 2 kids that was looking forward to swimming, it was a big disappointment.

When I first saw the hotel entrance, I thought I had stepped on a thunderbolt. It feels different once you go up to the 7th floor. The self-service check-in is very smart. When you go down to the 6th floor, the hotel area is decorated and comfortable. You don’t necessarily need to swipe a card at the door. You can enter by pressing the password. It is very convenient. The room is very casual, comfortable and hygienic. Each shower room has floor heating service. The hotel has door-to-door breakfast service. There are coffee, biscuits and other snacks in the self-service area. The butler also had a nice smile. all is well.

1. The environment is nice and popular, but back to basics, you have to have a good sleep. Whether it is the arched design of the corridor or the wooden doors, it can be said that there is no sound insulation at all. The door and door of the corridor opens and closes loudly at 12 o'clock! If you want to sleep well, you should take the exam carefully. The noise almost made me collapse. 2. There is almost no service during the Spring Festival, and it feels average 3. After staying for two nights, the bathroom was very poorly cleaned and the bathtub was not even flushed. 4. In the end, I was very depressed because I had clearly ordered two large rooms, but one of them turned out to be a small one. I was refunded 150 yuan for the other room, but what we care about is not the money, but the experience.

Environment: Very quiet and tasteful Spa bath bag: I usually don’t dare to take a bath when I stay, so the hotel will provide a disposable bath cover, which is a surprise Service: I accidentally left the ring in the room. The staff found it and mailed it to my home. Thank you very much.

第一次因為有酒店住得好，所以臨時改變行程多加兩天在澄海。 這家民宿酒店性價比很高，它帶來的舒適度，讓你很想在房子裏待很久，這也剛好，地理位置也很方便，到附近的小食館食食東西，溜溜老街道，之後就很輕鬆回酒店休息，很贊！ 在這裏特別感謝酒店小管家，基本上隨傳隨到，有什麼要求她都會盡努力去滿足你，真的很感謝你！這家酒店一定會再光臨，期間下之再見！

酒店設計很棒很有品味超適合打卡，視覺享受100分 送的小禮盒顏值也不錯，很適合當伴手禮。 雖然房間里沒有冰箱，但有mini bar自助區和用餐區，基本滿足需求。 但是 衛生情況有待改善 房間沖茶杯子有茶漬 浴缸水龍頭位置是有灰塵堆積的 洗手台放置造型髮泥櫃桶里是黏黏的，並且有頭髮 護髮素瓶子里面裝的是洗髮水 房間地毯有一塊面積大概15-20cm濕了的不知道是油漬還是水漬（正常如果是水漬12點退房，22點才入住應該也乾了？） 有提早請前檯幫忙代收生日蛋糕，但是回到酒店後上樓看見蛋糕直接放了桌面（如果有同等情況可以多做一步收進冰箱會比較好） ar～～ 另外房間燈控貼的指示和實際操控的位置好像有點不一樣？

房間很有風格，管家美女也超級貼心，我家小寶特別喜歡這次體驗，直言下次還要來住，完全沒住夠，小寶的衣服忘了帶走也是美女管家幫忙寄到家的，還有潮汕美食禮品，可惜的是被小寶弄丟了，説是糖果有茶香很特別，有點傷心！

這是我唯一連住三天的民宿，非常喜歡民宿的設計風格，一進入民宿彷彿進入了另一個世界，身心自然而然就放鬆了下來，房間的格局和設計能夠給人歸屬感，就像是回到自己家的感覺，睡的很安穩！ 牆裂推薦666

因為一年才回一次老家，每次想到回去前要打掃衛生，就覺得很麻煩，所以這次回老家就去住酒店算了，這次給我掃到老家竟然開了一間民宿，還開業不久，所以就去試一下！ 沒想到在大廈裡可以收藏著兩層精緻民宿，民宿是自助入住，我們沒有大陸身份証自助不了，但打電話給客服，也就是等兩三分鐘就有人來幫助登記入住！到了房間樓層後，已發覺裝修很特別，到了我們訂的房間後，就更加驚喜，我們是訂了一間家庭套房，裡面有一間單獨的大床房，還有就是一個大廳加兩張單人床，每邊都冇獨立廁所！設施還有電動窗簾，投射電視等等！ 七樓還有露天自助茶座，而且還有自助冼衣機，可以說一應俱全，招乎朋友來玩或談事情也是不錯地方！ 再有沒有什麼特別東西？那就要你們自己去感受了！下次回老家，一定會再次入住的！

這件民宿真的各方面都很好。首先設計感很強，老闆是個有品味的人。房間很乾凈晚上非常安靜，設施都是自動化的。最重要的是服務非常nice，早餐一碗料很足的粿條，味道很不錯。自助區有乾淨的水果和現磨咖啡，還有很舒適的公共區域，很適合一家人來住。

意外找到了一家很喜歡的民宿，地理位置好找，院裏有停車場，停車方便。前台小姐姐態度非常好，還很熱心，還我們帶了小朋友，還免費幫我們升級了房型。房間裏木質的結構，讓人住的很舒服，早上還有免費的早餐提供，豆漿油條或者牛奶雞蛋。酒店的設施也非常齊全，下次到汕頭還會光顧。

房間不錯，全都智能化，住的很舒服，而且早餐可以送到房間，早餐的粿條真是下血本的給海鮮呢，麪包也很好吃，真是太人性化了，以後再去澄海就去這裏住，希望一直保持下去

酒店是超出預料的好！去到酒店很晚，前台小姐姐很幽默温柔，給我們發了美食攻略。大堂又香又有格調，裝修風格真的是戳中我的審美！太晚了沒怎麼拍照，不過真的好喜歡這裏的風格。雖然過程中有一個小問題，但非常謝謝小姐姐幫忙解決了～整體入住體驗就是超值～真的很可惜這樣漂亮又舒服的酒店居然在深圳沒有，期待下次再來～

服務很到位，管家會提前問你早餐吃什麼，雖然衹有兩個早餐名額，但是知道我們還帶了孩子，免費送一份早餐，而且我們連住三晚，知道我家先生生日，免費做了房間升級。房間非常也很乾凈。
