This was our favorite stay in whole mexico!! Amazing room, the best bed I have ever slept on, very clean, suuuper friendly staff, great breakfast. Great price!

Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the "concierge" (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

Balcony door/window lock was broken when we checked in. We had to call maintenence to get them to fix it.

Attitudes from the front desk is so bad!!! They are always chatting with each other and indifferent with customers! Amenities are poor as well. The shampoo box dropped to the ground at midnight…and the coffee pot malfunctioned.

The place is really good with an incredible private beach, But what really stood out to me is the quality of the service, the employees of the hotel really take care of you in the most professional and friendly way possible ! I recommend !

The room they give to me is aways lond， upstairs renovation is so lond ， never sleep well。and I change room still same ， so lond， if expect good sleep ， not here。

Location not bad, close to places around hotel zone. Food was ok, nothing special though, breakfast was better than dinner. People nice, willing to assist. Parking helps a lot. Room very humid, clothes were kind of smelling after one day from all the moisture. The window has no view, looking at some wall or sth. Really I don’t know how someone gets a good room when they book-is it magic needed?

The Italian restaurant was very delicious. The room was cleaned every day and I had a very comfortable stay.

Because we came during the off-season, the rooms were empty, so we got the opportunity to upgrade the room type for an extra $60, from the sunset room to a low-rise suite (not in the same building), including two bedrooms and two living rooms. The hotel pool is very small and not as good as the one next door that costs 5,000 per night, but the food is good, the beach location is also very good, and the hotel is full of locals on vacation. In general, it is very cost-effective and suitable for people who want a slow-paced vacation.

There is no elevator from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, so luggage needs to be carried Some rooms do not have elevators, so luggage needs to be carried upstairs. The soundproofing of the rooms near the sea is too good, and the sound of the waves is very loud at night. The beach is very good, don't forget to tip the cleaning staff, twenty to fifty Mexican pesos are fine. There is a small supermarket. Parking is free.

Well maintained facilities, impeccable cleanliness. Very pleasant reception, everyone was very attentive. The food is varied and very good. The location is great and the view from the rooms is incredible. Close to the most chic shopping mall in Cancún (La Isla). Great drink and food options in the restaurant. Swimming pool with music, most of the day. Good stretch of beach for walking. Jetski rental on the beach in front of the hotel.

The room is very spacious, with a large balcony where you can see the other side of the sea, and the clothes can be dried quickly. All-inclusive meals, some menus are restricted, and some are paid extra, but the taste is good and very suitable for Chinese stomachs.
