We arrived on the 1st, it was their official opening day, the 1st 2 days were exceptional, service, food , staff, drinks, amenities and activities were great. Unfortunately minor inconveniences started on our 3rd day, house keeping didn't replace a few toiletries, they started cleaning later than expected (most likely due to the influx of guests) food quality while still good was as great as the opening, I'd honestly give them a next try as the staff were THE HIGHLIGHT of our stay along with our room.

The hotel room is big, the service attitude is very good, there are many staff, but the room service is average, and going to the beach requires taking a shuttle bus, which is relatively inconvenient

The area next to the hotel is still under renovation. The facilities that are currently open are very new and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable and warm. You need to take the hotel's free bus to the beach club. The area next to the beach club is also under renovation. Overall, the scenery is good, the food is OK, and the entertainment is OK.

When I checked in, the cleaning wasn't finished and I had to wait 30 minutes, so my first impression was low💦 The Asian restaurant was the best☝️ The other restaurants were also good👌 It's an adult-only hotel, so it has a calm atmosphere and is a very good hotel🏨

The pool view is crazy. The food is also delicious, and the facilities are so nice because it was newly built! The beach club is a real ******** :) You must visit the Caribbean!

The food is very good. You can go to the hotel to eat early, but check-in is still after 3 o'clock and check-out is 12 o'clock. However, you can still go to the public area to eat something after check-out. The service is very good and highly recommended.

I rarely give bad reviews. The reasons for giving bad reviews are as follows 1. The hotel discriminates against Chinese people. The restaurant seats arranged for me and my friends are never near the window, even if no one has reserved 2. The service attitude is extremely poor. Many waiters can't speak English. Especially the oissi on the top floor who is wearing a down jacket and serves Mexican women can only say excuses me, which is very disgusting. In addition, the service awareness in the restaurant is very poor. It often takes 10 or 15 minutes for someone to come after ordering. The service attitude of the front desk is average, no smile, more bored. 3. The hotel is half-developed and the facilities are average. There are many cement walls in the room. The price is 3400, but the price was reduced to 2800 the day before check-in.

The service of the newly opened hotel is a little behind. Some waiters have bad attitudes. There are too few restaurants. You need to make a reservation for dinner. If you forget it or you are late, you can't make a reservation. You need to take the hotel's car to go to the beach. Overall, the experience is average, not Highly recommended, it’s better to book some hotels with good service reviews

Hotel service is very good. The staff all greet you with a smile and are professional. Even though I am not fluent in English or Spanish, they made quite an effort to understand what I was saying. It's impressive that room service is available 24 hours a day, and they always check for allergies. There are sufficient amenities. Meals can also be reserved through the hotel app, which is very convenient and friendly. One side of the hotel has not yet been completed, but the future of the hotel is promising. They run a shuttle to the beach club with a view of the Caribbean Sea, and they are friendly there too. I hope that if you can take a golf cart from the hotel to the bus stop, it will be easier to get around the hotel zone above or by bus downstairs. I'm going to have a good rest.
