We stayed one night for our anniversary, with an all inclusive formula, unfortunately the bracelet chip was not coded, consequently the room did not open, unless accompanied by the staff. Bad experience. They weren't able to fix the problem for the whole day and we ended the evening in our room to avoid being taken back late at night. In the pool areas, on the other hand, very few sunbeds compared to the guests of the structure. Evening show in the theater to say the least unthinkable. For what it costs, the service is zero!
