Room was clean, corridors less so. Coffee and milk sachets openly available at reception was excellent. Breakfast options were pretty good without being overwhelming. Coffee and juices not great however.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel room was ok but it was very noisy being close to the motorway and was woken up at 5am with people talking and slamming car doors. The breakfast was very disappointing had to wait a long time for hot breakfast to be topped up. Also lack of bread for toast and short of cutlery and the cutlery was very dirty too. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Not the easiest to find, no staff member at the desk to check us in when we arrived, dogs on the corridor at night, people running up and down the corridor til late at night/very loud. Staff didn't ask how our stay was on check out and we didn't mention the above as they seemed disinterested. The quality of stay was reflected in the price.

Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞

So you know what you’re gonna get with a Travelodge. However let’s talk about dinner. Upgrade 2 courses for £12.49 So I ordered sausage mash & peas & blood orange sorbet. A bowl of processed mash with 4 hard as leather sausages and half a bag of peas around the bowl. The first sausage I couldn’t cut Elbows out on the others. The mash was like cement. A quarter way through it, I stood up and went for a brew & kitkat in my room. No I didn’t stay for the Sorbet. #vile

Very nice hotel, location good.

Ctrip is quite reliable. When we arrived, we found that the room configuration was different from the description on the page, and there was a single bed missing. Ctrip immediately refunded part of the money. The agent's information review does need to be strengthened. But the hotel is generally comfortable, low-key and luxurious. Although it is next to the highway, it is not noisy when the windows are closed. The bathroom is an integrated bathroom.

The breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel of this standard.

The hotel is really cost-effective, this price is rare in the UK, parking is free, breakfast is free for children (17, 18 years old are also free), but it was very hot when we went there, the hotel did not have air conditioning, but gave a fan. It is very convenient to drive to Cambridge.

It is very convenient and very close to Cambridge. The front desk is very nice and will remind you about the breakfast time. It is very polite to check in and check out. recommend

Nicest travelodge ever, the bar cafe was super clean and comfy rooms in cheap prices. Near to city centre as well. The reception staff is super nice as well specially Abdullah he is super friendly and very professional and mwamba as well. Brooke is very helpful also . 10/10 for this travelodge.

We were visiting family in the area so just wanted an overnight stay locally. . This Hotel was good value for money at £132 for two of us for bed, breakfast and an evening meal consisting of one main and a side or dessert. The burger and chips meal we chose was really nice and well presented. Breakfast is buffet style with the usual pastries, cereals, juices, tea, coffee etc plus a small hot selection. The reception and restaurant areas are modern, bright and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room, although basic, was clean and comfortable. On site parking is free. On the downside, you only get 30 mins free Wi-Fi, then you have to pay £3 for each person for 24 hours of Internet access, more for longer access. There are no EV chargers on site. There is no lounge area with what we would consider to be comfortable seating. The choice of seating is either at the restaurant tables or on raised bar / bench seating which wasn't particularly comfy once you'd sat there for a while so we ended going up to our room earlier then we would have wanted. At breakfast, the plates were cold (despite being in a container with a sign saying 'careful, hot plates'), the beans were cold and there was only one type of egg selection (scrambled). However, all in all a very reasonable place to stay for one night but, personally, we wouldn't choose to stay here for longer than that.
