All nice but it would be better if my room wasn’t in the furthest corner, especially since I booked 2 months in advance. :)

The service was very good and the buffet breakfast had a good range of options available. Would happily stay here again. Location wise it’s a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, but it was also very conveniently next to the Noel market.

Love love love the view at Lake Geneva! Restaurant needed booking ahead of time, but food was decently good albeit abit pricey. Very accessible via bus, or you could take a stroll down lake Geneva. Affordable room prices with an awesome view. Sauna and jacuzzi were good and restful. No regrets!

definitely not a real 5 stars hotel. Horrible Wifi, cannot go to my conference call at all during my stay, basically impossible to use the internet during our stay.

The hotel room is exactly the same as the photo, there is no difference! The room is very comfortable, and the lake view outside the balcony is so beautiful! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, with bacon, sausage, eggs and various fruits and vegetables. I will stay here again next time I come to Montreux!

The location is good, with the bus stop at the door and the train station very close. There is also a gas station and supermarket next to it. The view from the room is very beautiful and the price is in line with the room price! The CP value is very high, but it is a pity that the sound insulation of the room is not very good.

The hotel is close to the train station and is easy to find. It takes about 10 minutes to walk and is only one stop away from the bus. The room is quite large and has a large balcony with lake view. I booked a triple room.

The most satisfactory hotel of this trip is the Lakeside Hotel. The lake and mountains are opposite the window. Go down to the first floor and you will go directly to the lake. The hotel should be an old hotel, but the facilities are very new, and the bedding, linens and toiletries are all good. The restaurant is on the first floor directly facing the lake view. The breakfast is very good, with various French breads, ham and salmon slices. You can order coffee or make capsule coffee yourself. The hotel service is also good. It is a 10-minute walk from Montreux Train Station, or 3-5 minutes by bus 201 or 204. The bus stop is downstairs.

The scenery is beautiful. It is recommended to arrive early so that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery for a whole day. The scenery by the lake is no less than that seen in downtown Geneva. It is very suitable for vacation and leisure

I stayed in 10 hotels during my trip to Switzerland, but this was the only one I had a bad experience with. The main problem was the front desk service. We booked a triple room, but we were given a double bed room. We negotiated with the front desk three times. The first time, they said they would handle it and asked me to wait. After waiting for a long time, no one handled it. The second time, they said they would separate the beds, but it was still not handled. The third time, they said they had a sofa bed (actually they didn't), and asked when it would be handled. The front desk said they didn't know 🤷. Later, the room attendant finally came to separate the beds and helped us add a folding bed. The front desk service is not worthy of a five-star hotel. Other restaurants and environments are good.
