We're delighted you appreciated our location and found the bed comfortable for a budget-friendly stay.We apologize for the inconvenience with the bus tickets. During the Tihar festival, buses from Kathmandu to Chitwan were fully booked or unavailable. I called over seven bus companies, but many didn’t answer or had no available seats. I suggested trying the early morning tourist station and provided a map for the tourist and local bus station as an alternative. I did my best to assist you given the circumstances.We value your comments on cleanliness and room maintenance and will work on providing a more comfortable experience for our guests.Thank you again for staying with us.
