The room was clean, comfortable bed and good coffee. However the shuttle only runs once every hour which was strange for a hotel only a 10 minute drive from the airport and not convenient for some flight times. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was included but you had to order off of the menu. There was no quick buffet and we didn’t have time to sit down and wait to be served. When we said okay, can we just get a coffee to go we were told it was 3.00. And most importantly, you could hear air traffic throughout the night.

Location is near the airport but you have to book for pickup/drop off first. Services are just fine. They do provide shaver but not for free. This is quite surprising.

The hotel itself was nice and is located close to the airport which was convenient for my purposes. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable and that was important to me as I only stayed there a handful of hours to catch some sleep before catching a delayed connection. The only thing I didn't like was that after using the taxi to get to the airport, which the front desk person kindly called, I was informed that I should have been given a voucher because the shuttle service at the hotel was down due to the cold and the vehicle they use not working properly, which I wasn't given. As such I paid for the taxi out of pocket ($15) which isn't a big deal but comes across as being a bit cheap. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the price was great on Trip.com and overall it was quite a pleasant stay and experience.

The room is clean, equipped with a microwave, unlimited drinking water, and the hotel provides shuttle bus service, which is convenient for transfer guests.

I was always worried that the hotel near the airport would be noisy, but this one was very quiet, with good facilities and great service. We arrived early in the morning, and a car was sent to pick us up in a few minutes after a phone call. The next morning, they took us to the airport to pick up the car for free. When we drove to Banff, I realized that I had forgotten my phone at the hotel, so I went back to the hotel to pick it up four days later. Special thanks to the hotel staff

The room is OK. You can consider staying for one night. There is nothing to eat around.
