We spend 11 nights(2 adults and a child) and it's a decent experience, we didn't go for premium option and still enjoyed it. What makes this place stand out from other hotels is the people who work there, the staff at the bar, restaurant, front desk and especially the entertainment team top level! Beach front location close to 2 beaches also a cross the street is the local shopping center if you are into that. But yes I would recommend this place if you are looking for family hotel with a lot of kids running around and having fun!

Had a really great stay here at the end of July. Rooms we had were great with working air con and fan. Food was really good everyday. Lots of variety with some theme nights thrown in. Plenty of snacks throughout the day as well. Drinks were good. We were in the normal pool area. Plenty of seating and generally a sunbed or two going spare. We never used it, but past the tennis court are more sunbeds and another pool. Staff were great with good entertainment throughout the day and into the night.

Great experience and very good food and service. Thanks to MERCEDES for good talks , attention and quality service. Little Shakira fan at the beach premium was also a pleasure (19 years old and your first job) - you have high energy and talent and a bright future waits for you.

I’ve just returned from a stay at this hotel, and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. We opted for the all-inclusive package and stayed in a room on the 7th floor. The room was spotless, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The pool areas were well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day—there was never an issue finding one. I especially recommend the adults-only pool area; it was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The drinks selection was great, and while the food was a bit average, there was always something to eat. A little more variety would have been nice, but it didn’t take away from the experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area with a few shops and restaurants nearby, which makes it ideal for families. There is an option to upgrade to the premium package, but in my opinion, it’s not worth the additional £200 just for access to an extra poolside area and a separate bar. That said, I would still highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Just got back from this hotel and it was fab. It was clean, well laid out and in a stunning location overlooking the sea. The food was the usual all inclusive selection but we always found something to eat. I found the drinks hit and miss but my wife and daughter were happy. Massive shout out to everyone behind the scenes. The cleaning staff were fantastic and we had a different towel arrangement in our room every day. The animation team had endless energy. The entertainment was good especially Sea and Sax and the Bruno mars tribute band (they should get themselves on britains got talent!!! ) Overall a very relaxing 7 days, thank you 🙏.

We have just had a great weeks holiday staying here with our 14 month old. The rooms were cleaned everyday The food was nice and there were various snacks available throughout the day The beds were comfortable All staff were welcoming and friendly There were plenty of sunbeds available, no one getting up silly early to reserve with towels There was entertainment and games throughout the day and night and the entertainment team are amazing, they clearly work very hard and go above and beyond to make your holiday memorable. A special shout out to Valantine & Julie who had amazing energy and very welcoming! If I had to criticise, there was always a long wait for lifts as there is only 2 for the entire hotel. With a pram, we had no choice but to wait. This at busy times was 10/15 minutes With a young child we would have liked to have gone to sleep at 9 but the music from the entertainment was too loud so we couldn’t sleep until it finished at 11. But we would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from our stay at this hotel and we loved it! After reading some of the negative reviews, we can honestly say we have no idea why! It was also a little nostalgic for me as I stayed here 42 years ago as a child with my parents, the reception staff were amazed! From the minute we arrived, the staff were so helpful. I somehow managed to leave a bag on the coach from the airport, the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring and I had it back an hour later. We stayed in premium so I cannot comment on the main rooms, but ours was beautiful. All have a sea view. My daughter joined us a few days later and the reception staff ensured she was close by. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and we saw them get mopped several times. My only comment about the room is the shower tray was a little slippy, so be careful. Staff work really hard from the reception, to bar staff to entertainment teams to cleaners. The food is great, no idea why people moan. It's very typical all inclusive but its warm, its plentiful and for even the fussiest of eaters, there's something. Considering we went in July, we didn't have to queue for anything or fight over a sunbed. There was always one to find, even mid afternoon. The beach is a 5 minute walk away but if you take the coastal path, there are lots of steps, so this might not be great for people with mobility issues. The entertainment finishes at 11, we could get a drink at the chill out bar (premium only) until 12. But I do understand some of the comments about only one bar at night for guests who are in the main hotel, a peaceful area to sit and have a drink would be nice for everyone. To me, this hotel is ideal for a quieter, chilled out holiday away from the hustle and bustle. A very quiet resort with some lovely little bars and restaurants if you fancy a change from the hotel. There's a little fair for the kids and a couple of crazy golf courses, all set in a little shopping centre with every kind of souvenir under the sun. Tips I found helpful before we went: The hotel provide pool towels for a refundable deposit Don't forget the tourist tax, it around €4, pp, per night. Take a few euros with you for deposits and tips but everywhere, including the small shops, and the buses, take cards. Thank you Palia Maria Eugenia for a really lovely holiday, we would love to come back. Carry on doing a fabulous job!

Wonderful Stay with a Beautiful View I stayed at this hotel for teen nights in June and July had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a stunning view of both the sea and the swimming pool. Waking up to that view every morning was a real highlight of my stay. The bed was cozy, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including air conditioning and a mini fridge. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or offer suggestions. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety – fresh fruits, hot dishes, pastries, and fresh coffee. One tip: go early to avoid the busiest time. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a relaxing place with beautiful sea views and a nice pool area.

Not long home from staying at this hotel for 10 days! When we booked wee booked the premium sea view rooms and we’re all inclusive it was just myself and my partner! Honestly finding it hard to find a fault! The staff were friendly and nothing was ever any hassle! The manager (can’t remember her name) she was older with dark hair always pleasant and kind! The rooms were spotless with cleaning everyday, grounds were kept clean and hallways between rooms were also clean! Food was good, we did eat out a few times as it could be quite repetitive but we never went hungry. There was entertainment every night which was good for the families most nights we sat on the balcony and watched from there. The location was good, with the beach only being a small walk from the hotel, and a little market just outside the hotel with other restaurants and shops so never had to walk very far. The views were outstanding! I would definitely go back and have recommended to friends and family!! Thanks a bunch for a great holiday!

We stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary. Firstly this hotel is very well located overlooking the sea. Staff very friendly upon arrival. We upgraded to a premium sea view. All premium rooms are in a separate building and you need your room key to access the premium only areas. Plenty of sunloungers and bars both for premium and standard guests. There's also an over 18's only area. It's a beautiful hotel but as we stayed for the week we started to notice a few things that could be improved. Housekeeping failed to clean the balcony after spilling drinks on day 1. Also they never replaced our dirty cups once. They just put the used cups back on the tea tray. They also came into the room without first checking if we were still in there. The bed in our room was 2 single mattresses which made for uncomfortable sleep as they regularly came apart. Perhaps think about switching to king beds. The premium sunloungers and tables are in need of a good clean. At one point ours was covered in ants due to all the spilt drinks/food on them. Despite needing your room key to access premium areas, standard guests still managed to access it either through family members sharing key cards or because people leaving the gate open. This needs checking, there's no point asking premium guests to pay extra if stands guests can access it too. Overall, the hotel is lovely and we would come back here again.

Have returned from a ten day stay with my sister. We paid to upgrade to premium, which was well worth it. Our room was absolutely beautiful, and spotlessly clean. Really comfy bed. However, the aircon either didn’t work, or we didn’t have it figured out! Wasn’t an issue though, we enjoyed having the balcony doors open, as we were on the seventh floor. We never used the adults only pool area, but went daily to the premium area. We arrived around 11/11.30 every day, there were always ample sunbeds. No need to reserve. It was lovely and peaceful, and the staff occasionally came round with some fruit juice. The food was enjoyable, typical all inclusive buffet, with themed nights, such as Mexican, Chinese, mallorcan etc. I’m vegan and there were only a couple of nights where I was left with just salad and potatoes/chips. Generally there was a good choice, and all allergens were clearly marked. Would definitely be good to see more vegan/veggie choice though. The salads were beautiful though, and I’m typically happy with that on holiday, since it’s so hot. Always delicious gazpacho and bread, lots of fresh fruit. We ate out a couple of times; there’s a shopping centre across the road with some restaurants and bars/pubs. They very much cater to a British crowd. If you want to leave the resort, there is a taxi rank near the globales hotel but the cabs are rarer than hens teeth. We asked the hotel to book us a cab but they admitted that the local firm is crap. You’re better off using the mallorcabs app. A cab to Porto Collum was about 20 euro. Lovely fishing port with beautiful restaurants, about 15 minutes away. The entertainment in the hotel was decent, as to be expected. There’s a mini disco for kids before, then karaoke/quiz/singer on later for adults. Cocktails were nice and lager is san Miguel. One benefit of upgrading is to have the chill out bar, which is open until midnight. The staff were lovely and friendly, super helpful. All in all, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, or return.

4 star hotel but felt like 3 star. Food was bland and repetitive so ended up eating out mostly. Local area is a bit tacky with your typical Brit abroad vibes. Not really anything traditionally Spanish and no old town part in this area. Tried to visit Porto cristo in the hope of a change of scenery but could not get a taxi at all. Reception were totally unhelpful and after asking twice I was eventually given a bus route with a ‘good Luck’ comment. Waited half a day but 2 taxis cancelled last minute and no bus in sight. Kids loved the slides in the pool but surrounding areas not looked after. Lots of food stains and cigarette ends left on floor all week. Pool only has small shallow end so gets a bit congested at times. Entertainment was on late and dinner time didn’t open until 19:15 so can be difficult with young kids that are ready for bed. Domingos beach is lovely and picturesque but no shade and very busy. Room was clean and tidy. Lifts can be a bit of pain as they are limited and can take a while. Depends what you’re after from your holiday but personally I won’t be returning. For the money I had hoped for more!

We stayed here end of May/beginning of June. There were seven of us ranging in age, late fifties, thirties, twenties, and a baby. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The animation team, who were excellent, ran a daytime and evening entertainment programme. You could be as involved as you wish, if you don't want to take part they don't push. Disco, Karaoke, singers, dancers etc. on an evening. The food was good, there was a good choice and you'd have to be very fussy not to find something you like. There was pizza and pasta every night along with a choice of meat and fish, vegetables, cold options etc. It's not fine dining but you're not paying for fine dining. Breakfast was good, fruit, cold meat, cheeses, pastries, pancakes, full cooked breakfast etc. There are various theme nights too. Snacks around the pool consisted of burgers, hot dogs, pastries, cakes, crepes, crisps, ice cream etc. We met up with our daughter and her husband who had paid for premium, we hadn't. Very little difference and we were glad we hadn't paid the extra. Their room was in a different block but they didn't have a bath so had to hire a portable bath in order to bathe their baby at a cost of fifteen euros. Premium guests also have use of the adults only pool but they couldn't take advantage of that as they had the baby with them. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. and seating in shaded areas too. The resort itself is small but there's a nice cove which is a five minute walk away via the coastal path. Beware coming back this way at night though as the back gate is locked and there's no access to the hotel this way. Don't forget to account for the tourist tax which is payable on arrival. This is charged per person per night and cost the two of us forty six euros for seven nights. This amount can vary. Overall a very good hotel, we had a lovely holiday and we'd definitely stay at this hotel again.
