It’s reassuring to know it was resolved after escalation, but we agree that it should have been accurate from the start. Regarding the taxi situation, we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the local taxi union regulations are beyond our control. While we’re glad to know you appreciated the hotel’s ambience and food, we are sorry that these operational issues overshadowed your overall experience.
