Good location located at the kiddle of mataram town. Easy access to anywhere. Easy to found food too. Clean room. Reasonable price.

Very nice and quite place Need to put more flower or put nite lite in the wall so ppl seating on the teras can enjoyed the ambience Restaurant area need more decorated to invite ppl to come for meals.... Food brings people

Perfect hotel if you want to stay in Mataram for cheap. But to be honest the hotel does not offer many facilities. And although everything looks clean, it’s still feels a bit dirty. There were some weird spots on our bedding for example. As goes for many Indonesian hotels, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The location is nice, the staff was very helpful. The minus point here is the smell of my room & the wifi is not strong enough.

I was told to check out before the time, I had to leave at 11.00, even though according to the hotel SOP the latest check out time is 12.00, the place was dirty, the bathroom was dark and had a scary feel, and the blanket was itchy, there were no room tissues, there was no mineral water provided in the room, I regret staying here.

Quite comfortable, the location is in the middle of a residential city but the atmosphere is calm, for that price it exceeds expectations
