Water dispenser was a plus point compared to other hotels. Swimming pool was very clean. But there is no non smoking floor in the hotel. People smoke indoor.

Good hotel

facilities are ok, staff are friendly... rooms are clean.. all in all it's good for the affordable price..

The security guard is not friendly. The receptionist service is slow. The breakfast menu tastes bland.

The most complete hotel, breakfast available, pool available, clean rooms, basically great if you want a family vacation at a cheap price 🥳🥳

the air conditioner is old school and doesn't cool until the color of the air conditioner is brown...the TV is small with a little Chanel

Not bad, stay in this hotel when visiting Lombok

The downside is that you can't bring sarpn to your room and the mineral water is provided in a dispenser outside so it's for the public
