Pros: • Stunning sea views, especially during sunrise • Convenient location near shops and eateries • Spacious room with Netflix • Warm flooring, perfect for winter • Early morning surfing views (as early as 6 am) Cons: • Hotel looks tired and needs renovation • Noisy surroundings, disturbing for light sleepers • Frequent, annoying announcements throughout the night • Poor housekeeping: room not cleaned during our 3-night stay (despite request on 2nd day) • Far from main town, requiring Uber rides to attractions The hotel's location by the sea is lovely, but the noise from the surrounding area and constant announcements were frustrating. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the lack of cleaning services was unacceptable. Good welcoming, very clean room and the location is at a perfect spot at Haeundae beach! We enjoyed the ocean view from the terrace it was so beautiful. You will find everything you need inside the room as it’s well equipped, the bed is so comfy. We had a good stay. Thank you ~

Its hard to find the hotel coz they dudnt mention and chane the hotel name they have diff name un the trip.com as iniated. Almost an hour to look the location of hotel...we thanful that the other hotel beside help us to find it. Please change ur name at the online booking. After finding it, we talk to the management, they don't have a contact also, so in exchage they give as a VIP room. Thanks to sungjeong hotel for helping us to find hotel sloth but not their real name as they display infront.

The sea view is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The most important thing is that there is a big TV right in front of the bed. You can watch YouTube very comfortably. It is a pity that the bathroom does not have a window to the outside and has a bit of a musty smell.

It's really close to the beach. But there are still many unsatisfactory aspects. 1. The room is really old, and there are big spiders and spider webs. The decoration is quite complicated, and there are mirrors everywhere, so I am worried about whether there are cameras. 2. It is really noisy at night. There will be people singing on the beach at night, and there will be night markets playing songs. The sound insulation effect is not that good, so there are still loud noises around 11 o'clock in the evening. 3. Not very satisfied with the hotel's cancellation policy. I found it very noisy at 8 o'clock on the first night, so I immediately contacted Ctrip to help communicate with the hotel to cancel the second night. In the first communication, the hotel did not agree to cancel for free and had to charge the full amount. But if I booked the second night separately, it was still within the free cancellation period. Why can't I cancel if I book two nights in a row? I didn't enjoy any discounts for booking two nights in a row. Later, Ctrip helped to communicate many times and finally agreed to cancel the second night for free. Thank you Ctrip, it's reliable!

It's right in front of the beach, next to Starbucks, and right behind the surf shop, so the location is the best. The facilities are a bit old and the cleaning is a bit disappointing, but the price and the ocean view make up for it.

I was satisfied with the service that was thoughtful of the customer in many ways. It is only 5 minutes to Songjeong Beach. There is a shower at the entrance of the hotel, so I was able to swim until 7pm in late summer in September and comfortably enjoy the ocean view.

The view from the hotel is just super! The room is clean and cozy, just great for the money. For that amount of money in Russia by the sea, you definitely wouldn't find any options.

The facilities are old. There is a lot of noise at night. The sound insulation is very poor.

I like the view. The facility appears to have been recently remodeled, but there are some parts that show signs of age. It's nice to have a quiet and comfortable rest.

The room is really clean and the service is top notch 😊👌🏻
