Convenient location near semyeon market and subway. Hotel housekeeping up to standard.

Love the location with malls, restaurants, and coffee shops around. Metro in 10 mins walk. The room is spacious with both shower and bath. Hot water and great water pressure for shower. TV is large and can watch Netflix. New towels, bottled waters, and cleaning everyday. Overall very clean and comfortable, but some dust over the facilities in the room. Check-in and check-out were very quick. However, there was loud music nearby until mid-night (~12am) everyday.

Good location, at a central area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Will definitely visit again for busan trip.

Arriving about five hours early, we were able to check in early, which was appreciated. The location is very convenient, close to the station, and convenient for shopping and eating. But the surrounding sanitary environment is not very good. You can imagine what it feels like to live in a night market. I smelled a little bit of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered the room, but it seemed to have dissipated later (or was it olfactory fatigue?). All in all, it was okay considering the convenience and cheapness of the accommodation, but I would like to try another place next time 😂

The room walls, bedside, clothes hangers are all dusty, the kettle is dusty, the floor is covered with dust, small debris, there is a jacuzzi, but the massage function is broken, the soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the flushing and closing of the door next door, there is a karaoke bar outside, and you can hear the passing cars, but it's okay if you don't mind

It's a motel, but the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and nice. The ondol was very warm, so we didn't need air conditioning. It's in the downtown area, so it's convenient to go anywhere.

The receptionist was very kind! There are many bars and motels on the street, so you should be careful at night.

The deluxe double room has a great sense of space and ample floor heating. A great hotel that I will come back to again!

Access was good. I was a little worried about the luggage storage... I just left it there. The hotel toilet washlet had some issues! No other issues.

I would like to suggest to a male staff member at the counter that when a customer asks if they can have an extra set of quilts, he can politely explain that they need to pay for it, instead of questioning the customer rudely: "WHY?! There are only three of you, why do you need an extra set?" Do two people sleeping in a double bed need to report to you if they want to cover themselves with a quilt? The first time we checked in, we were in a very bad mood. Other parts are OK, the hotel is in a great location and the housekeeping is great.

The water flowing out of the bathtub faucet was not very clean at first. It might be because no one had used it for a long time. The water became clean after running for a while.

When checking in in the morning, the room had been cleared and unexpected guests could move in immediately. The hotel is close to subway exits 5 and 7, with an elevator available and many dining options nearby. Strengthening the sound insulation of windows will more effectively reduce external noise at night.
