UH Suite the Haeundae Reviews

Very disappointing stay… hairs on the bed sheets on arrival, wallpaper coming off the walls and stains running down the walls. I would not recommend this place other than its location. Never again!

The location and the view is superb! The bath is large, takes up to 20-30 minutes to fill. Two personal bathrooms, up to 4 guests (may be crowded, we booked it for 2). The bath adds moist to the air in the united space of bedroom and SPA, be ready. The road and traffic noise is heard even on the 13th floor, but so is the sea and the waves. The only surprise was not do well done cleaning: the window was half dusty, marring the view, there were black hairs all over the bathroom door, even in the hinges :( The mirror table has previous guests scribbling in pink and some pink spots on the white surface. But even with these unpleasant details the place was GOOD.

The hotel room is clean. The room size is okay. The view is next to the sea. You can see the sea all day. But there is only one elevator in use. You have to wait quite a long time.

My stay at UH Suite in Haeundae was absolutely amazing! Summer and Eunjin were incredible hosts. From the moment we checked in, they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our room was spotless every day, and the view was truly spectacular. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Summer and Eunjin, for your warm hospitality and attentiveness, you were both wonderful!

Was worth the price. Room was spacious and faced the sea as promised. At first the impression, we were worried that the accommodation was going to be lousy but apart from the ground floor entrance and lift the rest was very good. The amenities like shampoos was good and had a microwave and fridge. Overall if you are coming to Hyundaee beach. This is a good location and comfortable hotel. Slight discomfort might be the road noise but after certain time it’s ok.. Service was good too!

The location was right in front of a bus station that takes your straight to busan Station. It’s also right in front of the beach so you have a full view of the beach depending on what room you get. Would highly recommend it.

The room is so nice. Easy to access. The room is clean and quite big. Thank you Yoo Jinwoo for upgrading the room for my families, we booked the room for 4 people but she was so kind offering us the bigger room for 6 people. The amenities in the room is also good, including small kitchen and washing machine.

Good place to stay. Need the beach and lots of restaurants. It is a tourist area hence you can meet many English speaking Korean.

Booked the double bed room with private spa and got a free upgrade to the family room with private. Location is right Infront of haeundae beach. Front desk service was friendly and good. Room is spacious. Would come back again to stay 👍

I booked this as Valentine’s Day gift for my wife and I. The view of haeundae beach is so gorgeous! There’s so many different food places and things to do around the area you won’t get bored or hungry for a second! If you like aquariums the SEALIFE aquarium is also right across the street. Very great location and decently priced for all the amenities. The Spa bath was perfect! The only thing I’d recommend is plan out your bath times 😅 it can take some time to fill up. Overall great experience will definitely book again if we come back to Busan!

Very nice stay, nice room, good view. Better stay at upper floors

poor room cleanliness, no room cleaning daily if you stay for consecutive days (only clear trash bins) even on days they do room cleaning, cleanliness is suboptimal. no mug washing/ changing throughout stay. shower + loo within the same space with no partition hotel is within an old building with another hotel on other floors overall would not recommend
