The hotel location is right next to a huge department store and near metro/ bus stop too. The room is really big and have nice view.

The hallway hotel is very outdated and no AC, so hot during summer. The room was spacious, AC is v cold but the bathroom needs some improvement as it looks very old/outdated. Won't be coming back again Not recommended

Location of the hotel is great, size of the room also good. It’s a bit old but well maintained. For a business trip or a stay over during vacation perfectly fine.

It’s very convenient place if you want to spend a day shopping at SSG or Lotte malls. I spent one night just for that. Nice room to just for sleep. But I noticed bathroom was dirty, moldy. But didn’t matter much to me as I took shower at the spa.

We noticed that the aircon in the room wasn’t available the moment we checked in. The hotel didn’t mention this issue in the description part.

The location is great with two shopping malls nearby. The hotel only provides the basic facilities. There are no restaurants in the hotel, however there are a number of restaurants near the hotel.

First time in Busan chosen this hotel 🏨. Love the cleanliness and quiet environment. There r shops, salon,eateries and many other around the hotel area.As for the room ,it is clean and spacious. Overall 😍👍

The location is excellent. It is next to the mall. Very close to the subway. Reception is friendly and helpful. They assisted us to call the taxi. The pufferfish restaurant opposite to the hotel is so delicious. Must try. Room is spacious and clean, feel like home. However the bath amenity container is not friendly enough to use. Apart from that it’s a very nice hotel. One more thing, the elevator is slow when we wanted check out.

Nice hotel. Friendly staffs. Clean rooms. Not many restaurants nearby but still in walking distance to Centum City for nice shopping or Spa Land.

The experience is decent. The room was spacious and comfortable, offer plenty of space to move around and store my belongings. The furniture were simple and adequate for my needs. However, one downside was lack of provided drinking water in the room. It was a bit inconvenient, especially considering that many hotels typically offer complimentary bottled water. Overall, it was a fine stay, but I would have appreciated the extra touch of water in the room.
