This is because it may work perfectly fine with a small amount of water but might leak when the tub is filled more. Even late at night, if you contact the front desk, we can resolve the issue within 5-10 minutes. We also have temporary stoppers readily available for immediate use. The bathroom is designed as a wet room, allowing water to drain efficiently through the floor drain. Bathroom slippers are also provided for your convenience. We appreciate your understanding of this aspect of Korean culture. No hotel can claim to be perfect in every way, but we are committed to providing the best service possible within our capacity and continuously striving toward perfection. Response from Property: Hello, my guest. The building right next to our hotel is Hana Bank(the official foreign exchange bank in Korea) and ATM. The building other side's next door is CU convenience store that operates 24 hours a day. There are a pharmacies and 2 supermarkets within a 2-minute walk. There are also many restaurants that open in the morning. The only one that is not nearby is the laundry. It takes about 20 minutes on foot. So we opened the hotel and made an additional self-cleaning room about a year later. I would like to install more washing machines and dryers, but the laundry room basically has to have wastewater pipes and water pipes, so that was the only place we could install them realistically. Due to the lack of facilities, we only operate by reservation system, and we always feel sorry for our guests. If there is a new machine of the size that we can add, we plan to add it anytime. And we will pay more attention to cleaning the laundry room you mentioned and make it cleaner. Thank you for your good review. See you next time.

Response from Property: Hello, my guest. The airport and our hotel are accessible by subway and taxi. In fact, the airport limousine bus stop is also about a five-minute walk from the hotel, but it hasn't resumed service yet. Although South Korea is officially out of the Covid pandemic, it hasn't fully recovered its pre-pandemic international tourism numbers yet, and we expect to see limousine buses passing through the neighborhood again in the second half of '24 or '25. Since most of our guests have been traveling from overseas since last year, we can't wait to add more transportation options for our guests to choose from. If you have a large group or a lot of luggage, we can also arrange for a jumbo taxi, just be sure to contact the front desk at least a day in advance if you need one. Thank you for your great review. This primarily catered to domestic travelers, and since many Koreans own cars, less convenient access wasn't usually a deal-breaker for them.However, when you're traveling internationally and relying on public transport rather than renting a car, your accommodation's location becomes absolutely crucial. A prime spot saves you valuable time, transportation costs, and energy – precious resources on any trip! Plus, being close to the main attractions, shopping, and foodie destinations gives you so much more flexibility to switch up your plans on the fly.We aim to be more than just a "very nice" hotel; we're proud to be situated in what truly is one of the best locations in Busan. When we ask guests, "What are you going to do today?" when they check-in, we hear unexpectedly many answers, "No plans, we're just going to look around." In fact, this is a service you can receive by contacting the concierge of a four- or five-star hotel. But most guests usually don't use it. In particular, it's usually hard to ask them to check their entire itinerary together. That's why we provide information to guests first as much as possible. Response from Property: Hello, my guest. You've stayed in a double room with a balcony at our hotel. This is our signature room, where guests have a great view of the harbor from the balcony, the room, and even the bathroom. It's always a shame that the pictures of our ocean view rooms don't look as pretty as they are in real life, because they don't have the unobstructed view of the beach that they seem to have at first glance, but our ocean view is really pretty at night too, with the lights of the bridges and fishing boats, whereas a typical ocean view doesn't show anything at night. Also, some unscrupulous hotels have ocean view rooms and you can barely see the ocean, or you have to stick your head out the window to see it, whereas our ocean view rooms are right in front of you when you open the room door. So I think all of our guests who have ocean view rooms have been very happy with them. Thank you for the great review and the great photos. Some people know the Jagalchi Market building as Jagalchi Market. Yes, that's correct, but Jagalchi Market actually refers to the entire area. When we travel abroad, we tend to travel to more modernized places, and we're more likely to go to a supermarket or a department store than a traditional market, but the markets in this area are safe, hygienic, and sell fresh goods. Jagalchi Market in particular is a very large and popular tourist destination in its own right, which is hard to find elsewhere in Korea. We want our guests to experience this wonderful experience. We know that security and hygiene aren't the only things tourists worry about. We are recommending some of our favorite, trusted, and good restaurants.
