Great ocean view and location. Apartment has the latest technology to control lighting etc. Very spacious, well built and clean Plenty of parking facilities if you're driving. It's near to many cafes and restaurants as well as the monorail. Great for family accommodation.

The sanitary facilities are average. The master bedroom doesn't even have sunshades, only gauze curtains. You can't extend your check-out period.

I stayed here with my parents for a night. It's a bit complicated, but they like it because it's spacious and clean. There are three bathrooms, so it's convenient to wash up and sleep separately. The living room is spacious and the view is nice.

It is very close to Mipo Station and it is very convenient to take the train.

But the environment is really very good, the scenery is amazing, the room is big enough, and the location is first-class. But the bed is too small. A 1.5 meter bed is a bit crowded for two people.
