Helpful staff

The hotel is located in Seomyeon, has about 10mins walk to the subway but there’s a lot of local resto nearby. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage there even after checking out for a long period. The only thing we concerned is the light in the corridor was not functioning and it was pretty dark and it felt quite insecure esp during the night.

The location is very good, the neighborhood is very lively, there are many restaurants, you can also order Qiaocun fried chicken at the counter downstairs, the room is large, and the CP value is high

This is my fourth stay, nothing to say, I am still completely satisfied...

The seats are okay and they are all in the busy area on the west side. The transportation is convenient, but it is a little bit hard because of the uneven road surface, but it is acceptable. I just happened to book the largest room type on this floor. The overall space planning is good and the design style is good. The design of the toilet and bathroom being separated into two sides is really great and even has a separate bathtub! The hardware is reasonably acceptable for hotel grade but is already up to standard. The heating in the room is super strong and the floor is also warm. It's so hot that I even open the window in the middle of the night! There is a microwave oven and a comprehensive coffee machine on the first floor. The price is very reasonable! Worth recommending

Although it was my first visit, the location was convenient as it was in downtown Busan, and there were many restaurants nearby, so I was satisfied in many ways.

The front desk staff has a very bad attitude! Check in at the hotel at around nine o'clock! I was told that bringing a child would cost an additional 80,000 won!

The room is very large and can accommodate two adults and two children! The heating is sufficient and the service is considerate. It was very convenient to help me with the luggage storage problem. If you come to Busan again, you will definitely stay here! It's cheap to add extra money

It is about 30 minutes' drive from Busan Gimhae Airport. You can also take the light rail and then the subway directly to the university, which takes an hour. The hotel is very close to Lotte Mall and there are many restaurants around, which is very convenient for travel.

The lights are dim, many sockets in the room are broken, the windows in the room cannot be closed tightly, cold wind will flow in, there is a lot of dust, the only good location is the location

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the subway station and a 6-minute walk from Exit 7 of Seomyeon Station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. There is also a Lotte Department Store nearby. The hotel's front desk service is average and the room hygiene is poor. The towel has hair. The hotel will provide simple breakfast, baked eggs, bread, biscuits, milk, juice, etc.

I will stay here every time I come to Busan. It is close to Seomyeon Station. The room is comfortable and spacious. Supplies and water are replenished every day if asked. The staff at the counter can also help order fried chicken for delivery. Highly recommended.

The lights in the room were really dim and very atmospheric. But when you need to pack your luggage or put on makeup, it's inconvenient that it's not bright enough. It would be better to have more main lights.
